His heart weeps for his friend, who is his greatest motivation. He can wish a million wishes to make her free but none of them will come true. He will do whatever it takes to free her, to his last breath and as an immortal that may take a while. The heart hurts as if he was stabbed in every cell of his being.
The actor
As with everything else, his motivation, his hope to free Kaori, he has chosen to suffer alone, to act like a douche. No matter who he pisses of, no matter how much hate he will get, he has decided.
The gentle one
The little innocent boy that befriended Kaori is still there, just hidden. Dreaming back to his playful youth and how it would have been growing up in a normal household where people don't enslave others. He have dreamt of freeing Kaori in so many years that that is all that he is. He need to find something else in order to find himself.

His third wish was for power, only one rune can be used on a given color. He need to actually touch the objects or people and say what it is he want the rune to accomplish before it happens. Only one of each type of rune can be used, one red, one blue and one green. In other words he cant use a fourth rune at the same time, or a second rune of the same color. Player Permission required for the blue runes. Runes can't boost or restore lost senses.
A green rune may be placed on inanimate objects, this can be used in a few ways:
* Making a brick into a listening device, either to spy or to use as a phone between another item with a rune on.These "phones" can only be used to call other Rune made phones.
* Handy when redecorating letting the furniture move themselves.
* Not to mention h
e can break down inanimate objects. By placing his palm on an object, for instant a locked door, and then calling out "Break" to place the rune and break the object.
A blue rune can be used on sentient people who aren't Tatsuo.
* Boosting someones physical or mental attributes such as speed and intellect.
* He can grant them either animal parts or heightened senses.
Resurrection last until canceled, the other runes last an hour or until canceled.
A red rune affects Tatsuo himself for as long as he wills it, a red rune does the same as a blue rune but he can't resurrect himself.

He was made a Demon Lord by a wish and regained his human appearance by another wish, so while the appearance may fool most he is truly a Demon Lord.
* Immortality- Poison and drugs doesn't work on him, he wont get sick or age, but he can be killed.
* Dermal Armor- He may not look it but as a Demon Lord he does have thick skin which will help against most old weapons, it will help somewhat against firearms.
* Enhanced Healing- High speed regeneration. Healing wont be instant but it is automatic, like normal healing but faster, it is only so fast you can see it heal, this way it still takes time in order to heal.
* Flight- Can grow and retract leathery wings.
Weakness
Light magic hurt him three times more then it would non demonic beings.
Healing magic has the reverse effects on him, due to the fact that he is a demon and has a built in healing mechanism.
Wishing Roulette
The wishes comes at slightly above 50% chance of loosing a sense (5 senses/9 wishes)
His first wish cost him his sense of smell.
His third wish cost him his sense of touch.
His second wish didn't cost him anything. (Not a weakness but might as well list it so that it can be found if needed)
Biography:
876 years ago Tatsuo's great grandfathers great grandfather was a taoist priest who sealed demons, an appreciated occupation, a sorcerer and exorcist, an alchemist. He was hired to cleanse a nobleman's house from a Yako or a Nogitsune, a mischievous or malicious Kitsune from their land and then to purify the land, protecting it against more demons. As always he started by raising protective barriers around the building with the nobleman, the family and their servants. This was made so that he could approach and speak with the demon uninterrupted. What he found out from their exchange of words was that the Kitsune was a Zenko, a benevolent Kitsune who had looked out for the young ones in the mansion.
His father was a legend and he wanted to meet all expectations and to become better then his father ever was, with evil intentions he tricked the Kitsune into his service, pretending to have tamed the demon everyone looked up to him. He bound her magic nine tail to his blood, for every wish a tail would grow and on the ninth wish the contract would end. The man was cunning and decided to only wish eight times, his first wish was his undoing. He wished to gain all the knowledge in the world, it was too much for his human brain to comprehend and contain. He became a madman and his life, ended by his own hand. The following four generations had to either deal with corrupt wishes or just not wish at all.
Five generations later Tatsuo was born, this time the Kitsune wanted to play it smart and befriend the new master to be, before he grew up and claimed his inheritance as master of the Kitsune. If the two were friends then surely he would free her. The two would grow up together and actually be good friends, the best of friends.
On his forty seventh year his father died and inherited the Kitsune, he laughed maliciously and stared at his new pet and with a big grin. Of course it was all an act, an act he needed to fully embrace in order for there to be no suspicions, what he really wanted to do was to free his friend and he had decided to suffer alone.
A scout of Manta Carlos Academy found him when he had made his wish to become a Demon Lord, it was a chance of knowledge, a chance to find an answer and most importantly a chance to free his friend, he took the opportunity with out a second of hesitation. He couldn't travel in that shape without people freaking out, flight was a power he had yet to master and he wasn't versed in how Glamour worked so his next wish was to regain his appearance while retaining the qualities of a Demon Lord. His third wish was to gain power, Runes, glowing runic tattoos was the power that appealed to him. He soon moved to Manta Carlos, got himself a pet shop called "Happy Tails", it was the unspoken wish that Kaori would one day be free and happy, but since the wishes can only work on Tatsuo the wish will remain unspoken.
