Personality Description:
* Independent
She does what she wants, when and where she wants. She had her "fun" growing up, had her run ins with authority so she isn't their biggest fan. She ain't no saint but at the same time she is happy where she is now and wont risk it for something stupid.
* Love is where the heart is
She is a firm believer in that the heart is the best judge of who to fall for and as such she doesn't like to use labels such as straight or homosexual. There is nothing wrong with anyone's sexual preferences. As such she is open to any romantic or sexual encounter.
* Mother of all
She is the mother of all, looking out for those she know. Those wanting it can seek refuge with her, she will lie her ass of to the cops to protect her kids and they are her kids, even if it isn't by blood and even if she hasn't adopted them and if you say different you are dead. She will however whop them if they did something wrong.
* Drugs are bad
She learned her lesson the hard way, drugs are just bad. It may seem fun and simple at first but it is anything but fun or simple, in fact it gets worse and worse the more you do it. She will never abandon her kids but if she finds out that they do drugs, she will whoop their asses so hard they will never forget it, then they will be meet with a glare that could have killed them 500 times over, then the silent treatment and lastly a bit gentler whooping, but a whooping none the less.

Tattooist Mystic
Jay is born with the ability to manipulate tattoos, bypassing the need for a needle though a needle is a lot less messy. With a needle she can just put it gently against a skin, without piercing it and let the inc flow there, however if need be she can pour the ink directly on a skin and putting a finger on the selected piece of skin. With this she can create tattoos, she can only change tattoos that she made on herself.
* Tattoo Mark (Player Permission must be granted)
She can claim someone by putting her mark on someone, this makes her sense when that person is in danger.
* Tattoo Manifestation
She can manifest and make real, the tattoos that she made, but only the ones that are attached on herself and have a use such as body parts or a watch. No cars, companions, food or otherwise which will need to be detached from her, they need to be both attached and usable while attached.

This simply means that she stopped aging.
Biography:
She isn't sure who her real parents is, what she knows is that she grew was raised in an orphanage in LA and stayed there until she was old enough to talk and then adopted. Knowing that she was adopted into a family of five, arguing and fighting with them. It didn't help that she would run away, at first it was just a few days but as she grew those days became a week or two. What was the limit for her foster parents was when she came home so high she didn't know where her feet was and talking to the pink elephant on her shoulder. If she wasn't kicked out of the house for good she was sent to a juvenile detention center, to be honest she wouldn't remember much of it.
What she does remember is rehab, freezing, shaking, puking,screaming, sweating, depression, difficult breathing, hallucinations which haunt her to this day and so much more. As a residual effect her left hand may shake every now and again, like a shiver down the spine. At the end of the healing process, finding something to do was encouraged and painting became her life. Mostly she drew dragons, weapons, skulls and thorns or flora to fill it out. Every morning she would paint that which plagued her nightmares as a reminder to not do drugs. Besides smoking and drinking in moderation, she have adopted a no drug policy. After rehab she would start doing tattoos and soon found out that she has a gift, she could tattoo others and herself with her mind, well she still needed a clear picture in her head inc and something touching the skin, something like a tattoo needle however once she moved to Manta Carlos she mastered the technique and figured out that the something could be her finger, though a bit messy. She found herself a small apartment in Manta Carlos, got a job as a bartender with tattooing on the side to pay for a Harley.
