I do agree that it'd be a bit too convenient for Wakanda and Lunette to come across each other on campus. I'd lean toward to the 'common thugs' scenario, myself, since that's a threat that Lunette is best equipped to deal with. Plus the sight of Wakanda being outnumbered would be especially good for sending her right into battle mode.
And college party it is. It probably is a good idea for me to have Des do some on-campus socializing, since she's so new to Starlight. Depending on how well they hit it off, we could always save Gomorrah for another thread; as soon as Des finds out that the bar serves blood, inviting Darcy there would make perfect sense to her.
