A few days slowly passed, Maura's leg was starting to slowly heal. She looked at her new found friend/enemies, she liked Corona and Paul. But they still weren't going to hang around her and she knew it. She wondered if she should summon Berserker and get the goodbyes done with. But she didn't want to let them go as friends she wished their friendship was real almost. She sighed fighting a battle inside her, to end the friendship now or later.

Paul relaxed in the chair near the bed. He was getting quite annoyed with just sitting around. Corona was perfectly fine. Apparently, he has more patience than a.. what animal was it again? A mule? Paul noticed it took him a while to get bored, he figured it was another inherited personality trait from Corona. But still, he had barely left the hospital the past few days.

Seeing Paul's boredom setting in she sighed summoning Berserker back. He appeared before them, she knew this would be farewell most likely. She was used to pain, she was the type of person who never got something good in life. She figured now they'd be able to go, they'd have the freedom they wanted. Berserker sat in a chair, watching Maura. He seemed to understand everything, but he also realized she couldn't hold onto them.

Paul jumped slightly when Berserker appeared in the chair. He wasn't afraid of Berserker, but something with his looks suddenly appearing out of the corner of his eye while he was just sitting around staring into the distance surprised him a little. "Oh...you're back." He turned to him.

He nodded simply, Maura and him said no words to eachother they just seemed to know what the other wanted to say. It could've been that she summoned him so that's why he knew. But that would've been tooo weird if it was the reason why. Considering she was merely a girl and to give that much information to everything she summoned would've been a horrible thing to do. Berserker and her seemed to have a selfmade spiritual bond because of the past.

"Well... What now? Is your leg good enough to walk on, Maura?"

She looked at him with shock and disbelief, "Do you really think human's heal that quickly? It'll take at least a month till I can walk on it. Crutches would be hard for me seeing I'm not strong. Berserker can help me though." She said to him. She figured he'd choose to leave now, she sighed inwardly. She knew their friendship was only temporary, it hurt her inside because she knew she'd never have a family.

"Well err.. I never even knew how badly you got injured in the first place. I thought it was just a simple shot to the leg? Well, whatever I guess. It sucks you'll have to be here a while longer, though."

"It was a shot in the leg, but I hit a bone which broke after the bullet lodged itself in my bone. A Broken leg is usually about 4-8 days hospitalization and then you have to take it easy for about a month or two until the bone completely heals. Or that's what they say in the encyclopia..." She said pronouncing it wrong by accident.
