It has large, open windows in the front, where you can peer in and be dazzled by the displays there, as well as what's further inside. The store's name is on one of them in pretty, noticeable lettering. It often serves as eye candy to those simply passing by on the sidewalk. The space overall has an elegant old theater aesthetic, and is absolutely stuffed with beautiful, eye catching visuals, down to the tiniest detail.
There are many interesting setups of costumes inside, handmade and tasteful, with new additions every week. A specific corner of the decently sized shop is lovingly dedicated to scarier looks. It isn't all purely for dressing up as something else, there's also extravagant clothing for personal use that you wouldn't ordinarily find for sale. Around the store's counter area, which is located in the back center, are the makeup displays. Both quality SFX and everyday use makeup is available. Although some of what's offered here is on the definite expensive side, a great deal is actually affordable.
If asked, the owner will tell you about anything that sparks your curiosity, and help you pick out the best matches for your needs and wants. He takes costume commissions, and impromptu makeover requests.
There's a door hidden in the left corner of the store, through and behind the maze of showcased artworks. It leads to storage, a work studio, and stairs to an apartment above the shop where the owner lives. All of this is usually locked up carefully. In general, the store's security is excessive. There's magic to make sure nobody takes any of the merchandise before running it through the buying process, security cameras on the walls, and when it's closed and locked up, that's that.
The stores hours are erratic and not always predictable, thanks to the owner's hobbies and other work. Opening later in the day is most common. Sometimes extremely late. The owner doesn't sleep much, so this works with his schedule.

Saying your character has visited or referencing it in any form, even without making any threads, is perfectly fine too.
