Private Finished Sibling Bonding Time

"How's it hard? You just make yourself a sandwich or maybe some macaroni and cheese and throw the rest in the fridge for breakfast tomorrow." Alison reached and snatched up a couple marshmallows as he added them and shoved them in her mouth. "You're hopeless, Jacob," she sighed with amusement.

She went to hug her brother when he came closer, only to find the blanket on her shoulders. With a huff, she tightened the blanket around her and lightly kicked at his legs. "I bet it's because you're just really sadistic!" she said, sticking her tongue out at him teasingly. "If you laugh, I'll make sure to get you back. Then you'll be jumping and screaming and I'll be the one laughing. Even though that sounds mean."

Alison returned her attention to the anime and pointed, "There's the cute brother vampire! Look me in the eyes and tell me you don't think he's at least a little cute. Later on I hear he saves his sister big-time; it's impossible for a girl not to feel attracted to their heroes." She took the bag of marshmallows for herself and started popping them like candy--which they were. "Come on, I bet you think the sister's cute, at least!"

She gasped, "Jacob, that's so mean! I could be getting chased around by a murderer and you'd just sit there laughing!" Alison laughed, swatting at his finger. "Okay yes, but come on--you never scream and jump! So it's like...a really rare occurrence and that's what makes it hilarious. Can't blame me for that!"

She made weird noises at him and made a pouty expression when he pinched her cheeks, purposely attempting to be cute for him. His compliment made her beam when he let go of her cheeks, and she hugged him back. "You're so sweet, Jacob," she cooed, squeezing him a little before pulling back to readjust the blanket on her shoulders.

"I dunno, maybe I will! Sometimes I need a little entertainment," she said teasingly, giving him a gentle elbow to the side through her blanket. She sipped at her newly-marshmallow'd hot cocoa, humming to herself--until she felt his jealousy and immediately raised her eyebrows in surprise. And then put them right back down because yeah, apparently people's brothers didn't like hearing about their little sisters crushing on people. Totally trying to make excuses because there was no way it could've been real jealousy. "That's because you're not gay! And your taste in potential mates suuuucks."

Alison's eyebrows flew through the ceiling and into space when he flexed, very obviously staring at him and wow that nice body...She shook her head, blushing profusely, "I-I guess that's true!" She laughed nervously, trying to wipe away all those thoughts of that body. "Totally a manly man, and I'll laugh if you ever get scared. Kinda want to see you actually get scared, though."

Alison smacked Jacob's arm with a huff. "Dull and boring my butt! You're interesting to me, and that's all that matters." She subconsciously leaned against him, barely noticing that his arm was still around her as she tried to figure out what was going on in the anime. Her mind was too focused on Jacob most of the time to pay enough attention.

She gave him a look when he denied her statement. Jealousy spiked a little in her at the mention of him dating more girls. Blushing again, she said, "Yes, duh! Every girl you date's gotta go through me first; she has to be absolutely perfect. If she hurts you, I'll ruin her life." She leaned to kiss his cheek back, "I care about my big brother a lot. I just want you to be happy."

"You know that doesn't work on me, Jacob," she huffed, elbowing him in the side since she was so close to him already. "I can read your thoughts! Pretend screaming just isn't the same as the real thing."

Alison happily hugged him back, squawking at him when he messed up her hair. "Jacob!" she cried, going to fix her hair with a scowl. "You're welcome, I guess. Dumb hair-messer-upper." She prodded him in the side when she was confident her hair looked alright again. "Are you sure you don't want to try dating again? There are tooons of really pretty girls on this island. Like...enough that there's at least five in every one of my classes. It's kind of weird how there aren't any really ugly people here..."

She hmph'd and looked away, back to the anime when he made such a sweet comment. "Duuummy," she said, but she was lowkey happy and blushing, knowing that she meant so much to him. "You're not just saying that because I could totally beat your butt, right? Can't believe you're afraid of your own little sister," she teased, elbowing him again but gentler this time.

Alison inwardly winced as her plan backfired--whatever that plan was. She didn't mean for him to consider signing up for a dating website. "Well if you sign up, then I'll sign up too! Then we can both look for someone together, but otherwise I'm not really interested either."

She blushed horribly as he called her all sweet and fluffy on the inside, wriggling and struggling in his hug. "Sh-shut up!" she whined, batting at his arms. "You're so embarrassing, big brother. I'll kick your butt if I want to--which I don't. Sometimes I want to smack some sense into you, but you're my brother and I don't really want to hurt you, even though we played rough when we were little."

Alison perked up a little when the doorbell rang, grinning at him for fixing her hair and watching him go. "Breadstiiicks! I guess I could take some pizza, sure. Did you get any dessert to go with it?" she asked excitedly as she got up to check out the food. "Looove those little cinnamon and sugar breadsticks with the icing cups--I used to order pizza all the time just for those." She grabbed some paper towels from his kitchen, took a slice of pizza for herself, and hopped back on the bed. "Eating like kings, tonight!"
