Reunited?

The doctor was scared to death, he clammered away when he was let down. Amelia hadn't heard much of it but the bang against the wall, she wondered what the doctor was doing. But then when she saw the doctor clammer away she figured that Valentine even in the worse health condition was still Valentine. She smiled walking alongside him when he came out, she took his hand in her's.

"You know... I have a feeling you'll be just fine." She said giving him a squeeze of the hand. "Your temper is just as high." She said with a smile glad that he hadn't changed much. She walked up the stairs with him and they soon reached the floor with the room number 913. She was so glad that Valentine was still him and he hadn't changed into someone else.

Yea...its a good think I was going for his chest. If I went for his chest. I would have choked him...all the better it would've been.

She chuckled at his comment, then when he grabbed his leg she took hold of his arm so that he wouldn't fall backwards down the stairs. She looked at him worried her arm and his clasped together, she didn't want to let go incase he fell or something. She wanted him to be safe and sound. She looked at him, "I'm glad we're marrying soon, then I'll be able to take care of you more and not worry about the nurses not doing their job and the horrible ickiness of a hospital." She said holding onto his arm, she wasn't doing it because she though he was unable. She was doing it because she was afraid incase he did fall and that wouldn't help his pain.

Great... Stupid hospital.

She sat down beside him, she looked at him putting her warm hand lightly against his face. "Hey... Don't worry I'll be here I can threaten the nurses and all will be fine. Remember I'm part vampire so I can scare them well enough." She said to him with a light smile leaving a soft kiss on his cheek.

No need...seems as if I rule this hospital. Oh, just to tell you, your visiting hours rose to twenty four hours a day seven days a week.

She smiled, "I see, well in that case I shall never leave your side except for occaisonal bathroom breaks and such things neccessary." She said with a chuckle, "I don't want to leave you." She said slipping her hand back to his and giving it a squeeze.

I love you...please never forget that.

She was amazed at how well he knew her face, how he kissed where he was aiming for. She smiled warmly at him, they soon reached the room. She took his hand leading him in, she wasn't doing this because he was blind. But because she had something to say to him before the doctors and nurses would come and hook him up to pain medication and try and help him. As soon as they were in the room she took his other hand in her's holding them she said. "Valentine, I will never forget that." She let go of one of his hand's bringing her warm hand against his cheek she brought her lips slowly to his in a tender loving kiss.

Thanks...guess I know where you are...face and all.

She smiled lightly at his comment, soon his lips were reunited with her's. She kissed his lips back, holding her arms still around his neck as they kissed. This was the first complete kiss they'd had since not seeing eachother that long. She knew they had kissed before, but this time had more meaning. This time it wasn't a sad kiss, this kiss was a happy, loving kiss of devotion.

So soft...and they are a part of something so beautiful.

His hand felt still cold, but yet so good to feel again. She felt his hand move stroking her cheeks, she felt so loved, so happy. She kissed him lightly, and then the new nurse just had to interupt with a big bang. The nurse had tripped and made the cart loose several items. Amelia was a bit annoyed at the interuption of the kiss, but at least this new nurse was a bit more caring. She looked at them a look of embarassment and sorry-ness. She lowered her head at her klutz-ness.

Remember the time at the fall dance, oh boy was that scary or what?

She smiled back at him, her nose nuzzled his lightly. "It was at first... but it became one of the greatest days in my life." She whispered back to him love in her words, she remembered he proposed the morning after the incident. Her hand slipped into Valentine's, taking it she held it in her warm one.

She was so glad he seemed to have melted back to his normal love for her. He squeezed her hand, rubbing her hand with his thumb. She smiled not letting go of his hand she sat down, glad to be with him again. The nurse nervously moved closer, "Hi I'm Cloe, I um.... I'm new here, yeah... Um, I'll have to check your blood pressure and heartrate to see which medication amount would be ideal for you." She said looking and sounding quite nervous.

She moved closer to Valentine and took the blood pressure testing machine and put the cuff on him. She pushed the button and it slowly began to tighten.
