Sorin Midnal
Male ; Student ; College Sophomore ; Spirit Medium ; Bisexual ; Magical Studies Major, focus on spirituology ; Profile Here
Sorin is a studious, rather serious and results-oriented 19 year old who enrolled to Starlight due to his personal problem: his mind is not entirely his own. He's by no definition a bad kid, he's fair, generally kind and a team player. He can however be a bit hardheaded, not to mention his rather nasty temper. He's a student who is here to study and he's really more concerned with getting proper grades than developing any social circles.

Friends: Sorin isn't a social boy. He's not bad at social situations exactly, but it's not why he's here and he's really too focused on his "duties" as a student to actually reach out and get to know people. To be frank, Sorin needs people to pull him out of this one-track mindset, lest he ends up into a nutty hermit with only the spirit in his head to talk to.
Enemies: Stubborn, a very rigid moral standard and a nasty temper once spurred. It's easy to get on Sorin's bad side, or for him to get on someone else's. I can easily see Sorin ending up with a few rivals all around. Another easy way to earn his scorn is to misuse summoning magic, especially that of spiritual nature. Make no mistake, he will know and he will come after you.
Other Mediums: Sorin would love someone to talk to that can relate to his issues with Radiant. If anyone else connected to the spirit world or anyone else sharing their body or mind with an alien entity show up, Sorin would be absolutely out of his mind. It would be a great ice-breaker and it could end up with Radiant interacting with other spiritual beings, which is always fun. Speaking of which...
Enemies of Radiant: Be they rival spirits, some kind of creature once chased down by the sun spirit or just someone that doesn't like the quip of Big R's jib, it's very easy for a destructive, hot-headed and zealous entity such as Radiant to make enemies. They might come after Radiant's Medium, or perhaps Sorin will try to talk things through while his brain-buddy is roaring at him to rip and tear. It's just a great plot hook!
Love Interest: Sorin is not exactly looking for a relationship right now. He considers it a bit too problematic with Mr. Angry Sun God in there judging and commenting on his every move. However, if you want to go for that plot, Sorin would like someone that helps him relax. A bit more laid-back than himself but not completely irresponsible. Honestly, Sorin would benefit from someone that helps him cut off and just enjoy himself. This would be a slowly developing relationship, though. Sorin's not one for flings.
