With all the talk about rest, Nebula expected Alby to not be okay with Nebula having to leave. What a stupid expectation that was. This entire meeting had him nearly pissing himself in excitement. However, remembering that helped Nebula regain some of her composure. She was the baddest bitch here. The one Alby was tripping over himself for. The one Alby wanted powers like.

"Y-Yeah! I knew you would," she said confidentially. After giving Alby's phone a quick lookover, she nodded. "Okay, phone number saved, aaaaand..." A message would appear on Alby's phone saying, Hi! Is this the right number? with a bat emoji at the end.

Alby smiled as he watched Nebula record his phone number and then as a message popped up on his phone. "Awesome, super cool. I got it!"

Making a new friend was always a great experience, especially if they were an artificial intelligence with crazy powers like Nebula. That wasn't the only thing he liked about her though, he enjoyed the fact that she'd humor his questions and make jokes from time to time. It was fun.

"Alrighty, I'll be sure to text you up if I ever get stuck on another video game, or just to hang out or whatever too." Alby gave a firm thumbs up, followed by a yawn.

"I'd love to hang out. If you get stuck on a video game, try really hard and I'm sure I'll be there if you can't figure things out. Make sure your hard work is genuine." It was risky to tell someone exactly how to heighten the chances of her being summoned, but she figured Alby was a good kid. Humans weren't as manipulative as fae. Even the manipulative humans weren't as good.

Ready to depart, Nebula opened the window, shrank herself down to be two-foot-one, then used her phone to close it from the outside. Before leaving, she gave Alby a very enthusiastic wave.

Alby smiled and gave a nod at the mention of making sure his hard work was genuine. Putting effort into hard work was generally something he excelled at, so he imagined that wouldn't be much trouble.

Next, Alby watched in awe as Nebula made an exit through his window, waving back at her when she got to the other side and closed it shut. Once she was gone, Alby passed right out without even getting a chance to turn the lights off. He was managing to stay awake using the excitement Nebula was causing, but his body was completely exhausted. He was deep in sleep after about five minutes of her having left.
