Party at Crawford's Place — All Welcome!

Dorthea laughed and tried to tickle Caelin back, will slowly backing away. She was having fun, just messing around and didn’t want to accidentally tickle to hard. She realized that she was stronger than the average human and wasn’t in complete control over that yet. She smile and nodded, she was glad that Caelin found people to love and care for her. She knew how hard that was, especially when your real mom was a real bitch. She was one hundred percent sure, her mom’s husband wasn’t her dad but she wouldn’t say anything. “Yes! I got more stuffed animals, from Vatar and my pretty stuff is all set up on my dresser. It's fun not having to share a room with a set of twins.”
Thea Gasped “Oh No! Not the menace-saur, that’s the Thesaurus mortal enemy.” She said giggling,through the tickles and the pure silliness of it all. She pretended to be defeated though, because she didn’t need to win every game.

Jeff was very much not okay, he had thought he was getting somewhere with Nim. Unfortunately he was wrong, apparently when it came to Nim that very much a recurring thing and he didn’t know how to handle that. In fact he figured he would handle it like he handled everything else, he was going to pretend that it was okay.

He was very much focused on Nim the entire time he was pretending to be focused on Sage. He didn’t mind the boy being closer to him. He said Hi was he was Introduced to people, remembered their names for future references. His eyes twitched a bit when Nim was lead away, he wanted to follow but he didn’t. He didn’t want to have teen drama at a party, this was all his fault anyways. He was trying to talk things out but Nim always made things complicated.

Tesa was still looking around the pool area for Aedan when she heard someone coming towards her and asking if she was new. Looking over she found Dorian Crawford presenting his hand for her to shake, shaking his hand more out of the fact of habit than anything she could feel her stomach twisting a bit. But she kept a pleasent face and a smile as he told her about his modeling company.

"Oh...um, yeah..." She was failing bad and stumbling trying to figure out what she needed to say. "I actually arrived on the island just before the start of the school year." She blushed a little, she was remembering that was when she first met Aedan. When she realized he made a comment on how she looked stunning her stomach twisted a bit more. When people couldn't look past her face it made her a little nauseous. "Oh, I'm actually going to the college and majoring in Law and psychology, I doubt I would have time for modeling..."

Tesa looked away blushing again as she turned her head to the side and looking through the crowd trying to hunt for Aedan. "I've actually arrived alone but..." I was here to be with Aedan. The last half of her sentence was drowned out by the sound of everyone around. Tesa didn't know if he had heard her or not. But she looked around once more, not sure if she was going to see Aedan in the crowd.

Aedan pushed through the crowd into a clearer area, he turned and was relieved to see Tesa talking to Dorian. It looked like she wasn't having a bit of trouble, maybe it was a mistake to ask her to a party so soon after she got here. He walked up to her and smiled, "sorry, so many people here it took me a while to find you," he put his arm around her shoulders.

He smiled and nodded to Dorian, he wasn't one to lay claim on a person and he wasn't angry at him, "party has been good so far."

He turned back to Tesa, "come on, lets find a seat." He gently started to lead her toward some chairs, "sorry again, I should have waited for you at the entrance."

Just before Dorian walked to far away and Tesa realized he must see how awkward she was, he was probably getting a bad impression. That was when Aedan showed up and she felt the knot in her guts ease up. "I'm terribly sorry Dorian. My last party I went to was a little over ten years ago...it...got pretty bad. I don't want to bore you with the details. This is a rather splendid party from the looks of it." She tried to give a smile and polite wave as she walked away with Aedan.

Tesa then looked over to Aedan and smiled. He was so kind to her, and now that he was here she felt a bit better about the situation. "It's not your fault, I should have stayed near the gate rather then try to find you myself. If it wasn't for fair Dorian we might have been looking for each other all night."

She sat once they got over to the chairs, she made sure that the chairs were side by side so when Aedan would sit that she could lean on him. "I feel like I might have insulted him in some way... His body dimension looked a little 'godlike' if you understand my meaning. Like he should be on Olympus...I didn't see any familiar features so I don't THINK he's a Greek Demigod but..." She sighed. "What I mean is, the final straw that made me leave Olympus was when my mother tried to....tried to force someone on me. I'll tell you more later this isn't the place to talk about it and we are here to have fun...." This definitely wasn't the place to talk about it and she made the decision to be happy for Aedan while they were at the party. "I'm guessing you have some other friends here?"

Panaria was finally feeling ready to make her debut to the public. Since arriving on the island, Pan had not felt comfortable in a form besides their demonic on. However, when they caught wind of the pool party, something inside of them stirred. The idea of showing off in a bikini sounded irresistible.

And so, the lust demon had gone out and bought a new bikini just for this occasion. As Panaria was getting herself ready, she found that her form was a bit different than she shown before. She felt more comfortable keeping her hair shorter and kept her facial features a bit less adorable and a bit more adult. Something felt right about appearing more mature than they had presented themselves as in the past..maybe it was because now they were more mature than they had been before. Panaria was almost three centuries old at this point and would hope that she was at least somewhat mature at this point in her life. Although, maturity was more a state of mind than anything else.

She entered the party and looked around at everyone mingling and playing games. There didn't seem to be many people without someone to talk to. That was what she was really after; a good conversation with a great mind.

He nodded understandingly, it must have been awful for her own mother to do such a thing. He wrapped his arm around her shoulders, "it's ok, take your time, I'll always be here if you need to talk." He understood that it took time to open up about traumatic events.

He squeezed her shoulders and kissed her cheek to show it was ok. "Nah none of my friends showed up to this party, but thats ok. Your here, and that makes it perfect." It was true he'd be happy just sitting here holding her.

She smiled as Aedan seemed to understand and when he kissed her cheek she turned her head and gave him a solid kiss. "thanks for understanding, but now that we are here...I'm guessing we need to talk to other people. But would it be okay if we just sat here for now? I'm still a little... unsure about how I feel about this." She couldn't help but lean more into Aedan his presence reasuring her as she looked about at all the other...lovely...some of them overly gorgeous which turned her stomach only a little, all of it reminding her of that one night.

He was surprised when she turned and kissed him, he leaned in and kissed her back. He smiled and put an arm around her shoulders, "it's perfectly fine. Being with you is amazing," and he meant it.

He couldn't help but think of that night they shared together, that amazing night, "I was a bit nervous coming here, I don't normally go to pools or anything like that because of my scars," he looked at her and gave her a grateful smile, "but they don't bother you do they?" It was something he'd always worried about, muscular or not, the scars weren't pretty.
