Vinanye pounced on Dorian's shoulders to try and dunk him under water once he was no longer preoccupied with tackling Tian. She was a little thing, so this was too difficult. She motioned Anthia to help her out as she used all her strength to dunk Dorian under water and make him pay for his betrayals!

Aedan nodded to Sage, and approached him and a guy he didn't know. Aedan wasn't normally a super social guy but he was trying to enjoy his life a bit more.
He took a seat beside Sage and to the other guy, "I dont think we've met I'm Aedan."

Sage smiled broadly as Aedan approached, shifting ever-so-subtly closer to Jeff once more. It was nice to see the guy out. He'd always come across as quiet to Sage. "His name is Jawli- Jeff. His name is Jeff, and his friend is Nim," Sage said, smiling lightly. He blushed hard at his misspeak. It was only half-purposeful. Oh, but wait!
Sage also looked to Mia, realizing he hadn't introduced himself to her yet. "Ah, Nim's friend — Hey, i was probably rude before! My name is Sage Sinclair, it's nice to meet you~" he said. With that, he settled once more back into the water, quite pleased with himself and the slowly-decreasing distance between he and Jawline.

Jawline. Honestly.

Mia Vesuvius
Mia peered at Nim with squinted eyes.
"You certainly don't seem fine..."
But before she could get anything else out, she felt herself get splashed by Dorian and the girls who were goofing off nearby.
"Yooo, watch the drink Dorian!" she said as she raised her glass up. "Also, hi~" she added with a quick wave to him.
But then she was back on her buddy Nim.
"Anyway, it is a party and you are obviously not enjoying yourself. Can I do something to help?"

Dorian grinned as he was kissed, but he couldn't even grab Tian and kiss him back when suddenly he was getting dunked on by two hot girls. He screamed, covering his face from the barrage. He splashed at Annie's direction, but then Vin attacked him from the side. He slipped and went down, pulling Vin down with him. He resurfaced again. "I'm getting murdered! Murdered —"
"Yooo, watch the drink Dorian!" he heard Mia say nearby. He couldn't see her, but he pointed at where he thought her voice was coming from, which was actually way off. "Look! You're gonna piss off my future wife. I have so much to live for!" He splashed the water once and laughed.
Oh, right! He should really go back to hosting. He wiped his face again, pulling his hair back. "Alright, alright. I'm gonna say hi to the newcomers. Don't have too much fun without me." He went to the edge of the pool and hoisted himself up easily. His muscles glistened because of the water. Where were his flipflops — Oh. They were long gone now, somewhere at the bottom of the pool.
He jogged over to Mia, Aedan and the others' direction. "Hey! Welcome to the party. Glad you can come. There's free food and an open bar." He raised an eyebrow at Nim's direction. "Somethinggg wrong?"

Vinanye almost frowned when Dorian went to get out of the pool and head off to greet new people, but she relaxed and floated on her back to stare at the sky. "Have fun, Dorian!" She called as he left.
Vinnie looked between Tian and Anthia. "Do you both want to play another pool game? I do not know many, but you guys might?"

A giggle escaped the blonde's lips as she followed Vinanye. They went charging for Dorian. It was time to make him pay! She swam over and debated on where she should pounce. She wanted to bring Dorian down, but she didn't want to force the green lady underwater either. Alternatively she could go over and help Tian too. What she ultimately chose to do was go for the evil brunette's side. She swam towards him as the shenanigans ensue.

Mia leaned against Dorian once we came over.
"My little buddy is sad and I don't know why," she said with a pout. "I would offer my titties but I know that won't help--and that's about all I have to offer!"
At that point, Gwynaria had excused herself from the small crowd that was biding for her attention. She wanted to speak to Dorian--to thank him for inviting her to the party. But when she walked over, she noted the situation and peered curiously at Nimble.
"...Your heart is broken, isn't it?"
"Huh?" Mia blinked. "How'd you pick that up so quickly?"
Gwynaria laughed a bit sheepishly. "I have seen that expression many times. I have...caused that expression many times."
"Woah, Horsie is a heartbreaker~" Mia teased, before turning back to Nim.
"Come on, what's the deal hun? We just want to help."

Water splashed over Anthia. She giggled incessantly as she aided in the full on pool assault. Alas, they had to stop because Dorian needed to talk to other people. After all, he was the host. It wouldn't do if he didn't welcome the newcomers.
"Okay."
She watched him climb out of the pool and walk away. Wait, didn't he have sandals at one point? Where did they go? No time to ponder that though for Vinanye was now asking the girl if she wanted to play another pool game. The elf turned to face the fae.
"Oh......I don't know many pool games either.....what comes to mind is Marco Polo."

Tian waved as Dorian departed, giggles still wracking his body. As much as he wanted to follow the man along, he didn’t want to seem desperate. Even though he was. A little. Just a tiny bit. Anyhow. Tian nodded to the girls, turning his attention back to them. “Hmm… We could play Marco Polo? Or hit up one of the smaller pools, a hot tub maybe, and make a whirlpool?”
Nimble Vernon Emmerson
Nim couldn’t help his blush as the ever-increasing number of people around him grew. He felt nervous, twitchy, like a prisoner beneath the bright lamp of interrogation. He was trapped, small, and frail, and everything was beginning to feel suffocating. Add to that the hot pangs of - fine, jealousy - stabbing through his chest and the adrenaline of swimming in public and Nim had all the makings of a panic attack about to bloom. He was desperate, absolutely desperate, not to let this happen.
Gripping tight to a clear mind, Nim waved people off with one hand, his other fiddling with the hem of his button down beneath the water. “I’m fine! Really,” he said. The pinkness lingered on his cheeks, and so he smiled in a slight way that he hoped would attribute his actions to embarrassment. Anyone who knew him, knew that - while not exactly shy - Nim was a loner, and he was definitely reserved. Situations with so much activity were rare for him outside his video games. “I’m just a little… Haven’t been swimming in forever. Haven’t been to a party in forever, either, though I mean that one literally,” he admitted, scratching his neck. “I think I just need a few to settle in.”
It was true. Nim had been to various events, and he’d been to that one graduation kegger, but as far as real parties went? Not so much, and it was kind of pathetic when he actually sat and thought about it, in Nim’s opinion.
He shook his head, offering a sheepish smile to Dorian. “This is pretty cool so far, for a first party. I mean, for any party! I just... “ Ugh, he always did this, “Yeah. Thanks for handing me that flier in the first place. And, uh, informing about wet button downs. I mean… that came out wrong… fuck, you know what I mean.” Nim rubbed his hand down his face. He always did this.
Oh, but then… Then, some… person! Just came right over! Assumed shit about his face — which, by the way, was now as hot as fire and about as red as the truck fighting it. He stuttered as he responded, absolutely mortified. “O-Oh m… no! No, I’m fine! I swear! I’m just — anxiety! Social anxiety, that, yeah!!” Oh, god. Jeff was standing right there. Right there! What the hell were these people doing??

No one had really interacted much with Sage at this point, and so he didn’t have much to say. However, from his point of view, things were definitely going in the direction he wanted — even if there was more outside interference than originally expected. Jealousy was a beautiful thing, and he wasn’t even trying yet. Literally just a few steps towards Jawline and already, Glasses was acting this way. Redhead was comforting him, Bulldozer was just getting in, Abs hadn’t said much, and Heartbreaker was being a little too intuitive. Things were going well. Pretty soon, Glasses would break from his own blush and all would become clear. Sage was pretty sure Jawline had feelings for him too, which only made things better. Sage was excited. They were going to be a really cute couple.
