Cardamon stood off to the side, wearing a nice button up shirt with a vest over it and pants rather than his normal hoodie and slacks. It was the least he could do to at least try and be respectful of the person whose time he would inevitably waste. After all, no amount of smart dressing would make his weird glass constitution make sense.
He really should have known better. He very rarely went on things like this, he was such homebody that he never ever did anything that that would put him out of his little comfort zone. Was that so wrong? Well, as an Emotionlord, he knew that unwillingness to do anything even a little bit was a little stunting to broadening his horizons as a person. After all, he'd been alive for hundreds of years, and he'd only been on a boat once.
Well, twice now, he supposed.
He debated whether or not he should be sitting or going to sit across from someone. He was a wallflower, and he'd much preferred to sit off the to the side and hope no one noticed him. Perhaps put an angry, unflattering look on his face to encourage people to not bother him.
But he took a deep breath and sort of walked towards a lovely woman sitting alone. His whole form, normally clear, took on a pint tint.
"Hello... d'you mind if I sit here?" She looked so lovely that he almost thought he felt his stomach fluttering.
Which was impressive, considering he didn't have one of those.
