Nikki's appearance has changed drastically in recent days. Having learned how easily she can change her looks, she experimented with different skins. While her key dimensions always remained the same, her color schemes, hair and other aesthetics have received tweaks and changes with each new appearance she downloads.
Her newest appearance has two forms, but she herself is only aware of one. The RWA that mirrors, Vocaloid PopStar Hatsume Miku.
Both her new Appearance and her corrupted form can be found here.
Personality wise Nikki exists as two different people. Given her history, a rather large piece of her life was stolen by the game. That being said her personality before entering would not have allowed her to survive, and succeed the way she had. That being the case she quickly developed a second persona to adapt to the harsh environment of the game itself. She calls this Persona Avacyn.
Nikki herself is a very sweet girl. She is bubbly and excitable, caring and energetic. She enjoys music and having a good time. She was a social butterfly before the game, and nowhere in Manta Carlos, she strives to be again. She is often considered to be very bright and never failed to achieve top marks in her classes, a point that she was very proud of.
Her secondary Persona, however, is a defensive mechanism that allowed her to survive several years stuck in a virtual world. Avacyn, as she was known, is much colder than her more bubbly teen girl side. Naturally she falls within the category of Lawful Good, however, this does not mean she is classified as Lawful Nice. She can be very harsh and quick to the point. Often acting impulsively in a radical show of force to establish order quickly and efficiently. She is not the person anyone would ever want to pressure or push around.
Since becoming infected Nikki has slowed down a lot personality wise. She is quiet and reserved where once she could go for days. Her friendly nature has diminished, revealing a colder, more pessimistic attitude in its wake. She has even gone so far as to develop a mean streak that few can deny. She has become liberal with sarcasm and snark.

Two forms
While in the game itself Nikki only had a single form. This was her Avatar, a personification of herself based on herreal life appearance that existed within the game itself. Since being pulled from the game she has had a second appearance programmed into her server allowing her to change from her Avatar, to her new real world appearance. Given that this is all through programming and digital data, she is able to transform instantly and at will. However to access her weapon set, she needs to change into her Avatar form.
Sword and Board
Nikki is incredibly skilled with the use of a sword and shield. These were her weapons ingame, and exist as her weapon set now. It should be noted that she does not need one or the other, to do any particular job, as she is just as effective at fighting with just a shield, as she is at blocking and deflecting with just a sword.
Alternate Form
Being nothing more than digital data, Nikki does retain the ability to alter her appearance in some ways. Using the internet itself, she has the ability to download images to her server and use them as her Avatar. In some cases, this results in her simply changing her hair color, but in others, it can result in her looking like a completely different person. the effects of this are limited, however. She cannot change the size of her avatar. This means that no matter what, she will be the same height as she always is, with no exceptions. She cannot change into objects of any kind. All Avatars must be humanoid in nature. This excludes radically different species such as Lamia, or Arachne. Her combat avatar cannot be altered in any way, so all changes apply only to herreal world appearance. finally, she can only have one alternate Avatar at a time.

General
Nikki is a Living Virtual Simulated (Or Sprite) Person, also known as an LVSP. What this means is that She was pulled from a virtual program, in this case a video game, and given a physical form in this world. The technical process was through a specialized download of all the information that made up her being in the virtual world, into a private server built just to sustain her. From there the server is able to link up with a specialized Bracelet and collar that allow her to have a temporary physical form in this world.
How she Exists
The bracelet and collar combo use a form of meta Physical manipulation or augmentation to artificially generate a physical form. This form takes on the properties of her Avatar within the game itself, meaning that through the reliance of game physics it generates a weight for her, as well as a physical space to occupy. Through this she is able to touch, and interact with objects, as well as be touched, picked up or interacted with as if she were a real person.
The entire system is dependent on a few things. for starters. She needs to be wearing both the Collar and bracelet. The necklace itself provide the physical color's of her form, as well as carries most of her Data. furthermore the collar needs to be activated and well charged to maintain her existence in a Physical form. Should the Collar itself be destroyed or damaged while wearing it, Nikki would be instantly forced to respawn back at her server.
The Bracelet is not as important. In fact She can exist without the bracelet, however she would have no ability to interact with objects on the physical level. She would be nothing more than a digital representation of herself projected for others to see. The Bracelet itself much like the collar must be worn, activated and charged if she wishes to exist in a physical form. It does not carry any additional Data, so much as it works with the collar to solidify her form. If the Bracelet were to be damaged she would suffer no real major problems aside from losing all solid form.
Once equipped with a working bracelet and collar however, Nikki's form is near perfect. In feeling her clothing and skin feel almost identical to that of human skin, and comparable fabrics. Additionally she feels solid, as if she were actually physically occupying a fixed point of space. Her generated physical form is so convincing that if someone were to stab her, they would feel as though they were actually stabbing a living person. On the same note a bullet would be stopped by her body, unless it had enough velocity to pass through a normal human.
Nikki's armor and shield are capable of deflecting impacts, blades and bullets as if they were made of steel. Someone trying to plunge a knife through her armor would not be able to where the steel plates existed, nor would they be able to shoot through it. For all intensive purposes when equipped her armor, shield and sword are as real as any steel copy.
Nikki's private server is currently hooked up to the Manta Carlos Private Virtual Network. this is what allows her to travel all over the island. If her server were ever to be disconnected from that Network she would be forced to respawn at her Apartment, within the range of her own private Network. In the event that that happened she would be confined to her apartment unless other additional arrangements could be discovered. In the event her server were ever destroyed Nikki would cease to exist entirely. Given that she was downloaded from her game, she is no longer able to go back into, leaving her entire existence here on the island.
Nikki only has access to three of her five senses. Sight, Sound and touch. Sight is handled by camera's and scanners located in the collar, to help her generate a proper picture of the world around her. Sound is handled in a similar manner with a microphone to pick up all nearby audio. Specialized receptors in the Collar and bracelet interpret interactions with her physical form, and use that information to generate feelings of touch for her. Her sense of smell and taste are currently unable to translate into the real world, and remain useless.
Damage
Given the nature of her species wounds are handled differently. In this realm her ability to convert damage to a physical number, and then negate said number through her stats would render her almost entirely invincible, however the coding that supports her stats also adjusts to real world danger equally. For example. If someone were to stab her, the system would register the extent of the damage, based on traditional human physiology and assign it a number value. Stabbing her in the heart would result in a fatal wound, taking away all of her hit points and forcing her to respawn. Stabbing her in the head would have the same effect. If stabbed in a place that is not instantly fatal to humans such as an arm, or even stomach would result in limited health being depleted. The injury itself would be represented by a red pixelated wound over the affected area.
Falls for a game sprite work differently. under normal circumstances a fall from a predetermined height would prove fatal, or wounding for a human. Given that Nikki has an improved level of agility she is able to fall from a greater height with little, or reduced effect. She can effectively fall from a height of three stories, with no fall damage what so ever, but anything higher starts to apply greater penalties to her health, leading up to potentially fatal falls.

Her combat avatar cannot be altered in any way, so all changes apply only to her
Since the Incident Nikki has had her battle Avatar program removed entirely. She no longer has the ability to summon armor or weapons, and much of her combat experience has been removed.
A firewall has also been installed Into Nikki's programming for her own safety. This program offers her no advantage short of preventing reinfection by other hostile programs. She can still download herself into a memory stick and or tablet device for transport. It does prevent her from accessing the internet the way she used to. While she can now use her menus to send messages and emails again, she is no longer able to surf the web directly without the aid of a computer or other browsing device.
Health Bar
One of Nikki's greatest Advantages is her Health bar. Unlike other people she does not suffer from individual injuries.Instead everything is used to deplete health from her over all pool of hit points. If her health bar should reach 0 she will be forced to respawn. Like her menu, her healthbar cannot be seen by other people unless she projects it for others to see.
Augmented Game Physics
Nikki is not forced to follow the rules of traditional physics. The system that has allowed her to take physical form, also allows her to exist as if she were still within the realm of her game. This means that she is able to act in a way that reflects her abilities in game. She can jump higher than normal humans as reflected by her agility stat, as well as fall from greater heights. It's also what allows her to lift such great weights as reflected in her strength skill.
Stat System
Unlike Normal or flesh based creatures Nikki is not bound by the restrictions of her physical body. Instead she is bound only by the stat system, she was downloaded with. What this means is rather than having the strength or speed of a normal 19 year old girl, she retains the strength and speed of the video game character she played for so many years.
Regeneration/Respawn
Being artificial means that Nikki is not affected by physical things in the same way as other creatures. SHe is also not truly capable of dying in a traditional sense. rather when her health reaches 0 she will be forced to spawn back in her apartment as if she had lost a life in the game. She is also able to regenerate health when not engaged in combat.
currently she is able to regain 10% of her over all life total when not engaged. While in combat she is unable to regenerate health without the aid of pre programmed health packs.
Health packs can only be programmed in by a skilled programmer, and she can only ever have 3 on hand.
Inventory
Nikki has two sets on inventory that she can access. The first is her personal inventory. This is a set of Items that she can access at any time while out and away from her server. In most cases this is little more than her need to carry items such as her current outfit, her armor and her weapon set. She can carry more items if she so chooses, though her personal inventory is limited so she often opts to carry just the essentials.
Her second inventory is located in her apartment and is directly linked to her server. In essence it is a bank vault of sorts. It contains several different outfits, and costumes, as well as anything else that she chooses to hold onto or keep stored. She cannot access this inventory unless she is physically within her apartment.
Menu
Being a video game sprite Nikki has the ability to access the same menu's she could while in game. These menus originally existed to make player interactions with the system and each other easier. they allow players to communicate via PM, access inventory, manage skills, and check on stats. In this world Nikki's menu's act more like a private laptop or cell phone than anything. Using them she can call people, send texts or emails, surf the web, listen to music, and still access her stats and inventory.
In most cases a see through digital display will appear that only she can see, but that's to upgrades in her collar, she can adjust the settings to allow others to see her menu's through projected imaging. This does cause a greater strain on her battery though.
Currently only she has the ability to actually interact with the menu's.

Health Bar
Just like it is one of her greatest advantages it is one of her greatest weaknesses. Everything negative affects her health bar. If she stubs her toe, it knocks off HP, if she gets a paper cut, she loses HP. If she trips and falls, she loses HP. If she were to exit a fight with a single HP left, and trip over her feet, she would lose that Last tick of life and be forced to respawn.
No Additional XP
Simply put, Nikki is no longer able to improve her stats as things that exist in this world no longer assign XP. She is essentially stuck at the level she had achieved before coming here.
EMP
An EMP would fry out her bracelet and collar making her unable to exist in the physical realm and sending her back to her server.
Wifi Range
She is unable to leave the Island of Manta Carlos due to the limited broadcasting range of her Server.
Battery Life
Nikki Needs to make sure that the batteries for her collar and bracelet are charged regularly. If the battery power drops too low she will no longer be able to maintain her physical form and will be sent back to her server.
Can be Hacked
One of her biggest worries. Her Server can be hacked. If someone with sinister motives gained access to her server they could cause a lot of trouble for her. items could be removed from her inventory, rendering her defenseless or even naked if the hacker so wanted. A malicious Hacker could even go so far as to delete her programs entirely rendering her non existent.
Bracelet/Collar
As it stands Nikki is unable to exist physically without the Bracelet and Collar combination. This is a draw back in that should they become damaged or run out of power she is reduced to Data and ported back to her Server in her apartment. The two devices are water proof, allowing her to swim, and they do possess a cooling system to prevent excessive damage in intense heat. Nikki also has several extras stored in her apartment in case she is ever forced to respawn there and abandon her currently worn pieces.

HP: 13700/13700
Strength: 10/10
Determines a players over all hit points, how much weight they can carry, what kind of armor and weapons they can use as well as how much damage they do. through strength Nikki is able to effectively lift, carry, and throw exactly 2000 lbs. Should she try to carry more than that weight she will be over encumbered and be unable to move.
Perception: 6/10
Determines a players ability to spot hidden objects, as well as how fast they are able to react to attacks.
Endurance: 10/10
Determines how much HP a player has, as well as how much damage can be mitigated by armor, as well as how far one can sprint. Currently Nikki can sprint for 10 km's at a time
Charisma: 3/10
Currently has no bearing in the real world. In the game it affected NPC encounters allowing one to generate additional quests or increase Bartering ability.
Intelligence: 3/10
Affected how many experience points one could achieve from quests or kills. Also affected ones ability to interact with tomes, and learn Magic.
Agility: 8/10
Determines ones speed and evasion. Nikki has a running speed of roughly 30 km's an hour, with a sprint speed closer to 40. (She is able to sprint a km in 1:30, and able to run a km in 2:00)
Luck: 1/10
currently has no bearing in the real world. In the game it was nothing more than a randomly granted number from 0 to 99 to determine loot rolls. Higher luck meant higher chances of getting better loot.
*It should be noted that within the game itself a 2 represents what an average person would have in the real world. 6-7 represents the pinnacle of normal human achievement. anything above 7 is considered godlike next to the normal human.

Before the Game Nikki was your average teenage girl. She had lived a very good life, attending school, hanging out with friends, and even getting her first part time job at a local Mcdonalds. In truth it was an over all happy life for her, with few kinks in the way. That is of course until The Game was released. it was supposed to be the biggest thing in home entertainment. A virtual reality world, that you could plug into. It was supposed to be a fully immersive experience that literally transported the player to another time and place, complete with monsters, quests and companionship of thousands of players world wide. At least that's what the advertisements had said.
In truth the game was a death trap, set up by a sinister game designer who had believed himself to be the greatest gamer in the world. This game was designed to bring out only the best players, and he would lock them in until one was able to beat him. to raise the stakes, they players trapped in side were forced to play their very best, as death in the game meant death in real life. They could only be free if another player killed him.
Unfortunately this became impossible as a week into the game the Insane developer suffered a fatal heart attack, and was removed from the Game, trapping some 15000 players inside forever. Over the first few months several attempts were made to free players from the game via outside sources, however many of those attempts resulted in player death. During this time the supreme court passed a bill that would allow these trapped players to be gathered together into a series of care facilities so that they could live out the remainder of their lives with care being provided to their bodies.
Many players died during the first few months while in game as well. When it was revealed that they were trapped within the artificial world, some chose to opt out so to speak and end their lives on their own terms. Some were just not as good of players as they thought, and fell to various powerful Mobs. And others were just terrible players to begin with. (Who stands in fire, Honestly?)
Needless to say as the population of players began to shrink, it became apparent that some were far superior to others. Nikki was one of these players. Initially she built her character around speed, and agility, but as the game progressed numerous evaders were unable to keep up with the other large hitters. She adapted by building strength, but that only made her one of 10000 DPS players, which did not leave her as valuable as she had wanted. Eventually she began to build up her endurance, allowing her to play as a tank. Tanks were a rare commodity as most players tried to keep themselves out of harms way. It was in this that Nikki began to develop a reputation as a dominant player, and was soon incredibly popular among the player base.
During her time she was picked up by one of the larger guilds. They had come to be known as the Red Legion, and were renowned throughout the game as a point of order and control in an otherwise chaotic world. Nikki herself was assigned to the defensive branch of the legion, known as the Crimson Vanguard. It was apparent from an early point that she was a tank far superior to any other within the Legion and was quickly promoted to personally lead the Vanguard.
Under Nikki's watch the Vanguard became an unstoppable force within the Legion, and through her mentoring other tanks began to develop. Before long there were hundreds of dedicated tanks, when before there were only a handful.
She was trapped with nearly 10000 other players, as many had perished, for just over three years before she received a mysterious message. It was from an individual who claimed to exist outside of the game, and was currently trying to bring a player out. What the sender needed was a volunteer. With little else to lose Nikki volunteered for the experiment.
It took several months for Nikki's game file to be properly downloaded to a server in Manta Carlos. While not telling anyone what she was doing, she did use this time to finish off all quests she had left, as well as say good bye to the friends and family she had made during her time here. In the final moments of her time in game she actually felt a sharp pain unlike anything she had ever felt before. This pain, she would later come to learn, was the feeling of her body dieing because her mind had been downloaded out.
Nikki has only been here a few short months, and has spent most of her time getting caught up to modern day affairs. In this time she has learned that her own world, the one she lived in before the game was actually a parallel dimension to this one. It retained many similarities, but was in fact entirely separate. Her own journey to this world had been through a completely random encounter, through a randomized digital address, leading to the theory that this world was not just connected to other reals through some unseen magical force, but also through the digital multiverse. She has enrolled in school with hopes of figuring out how to bring others from the game to this world and one day set them all free.
In her free time Nikki uses her abilities to protect the people of Manta Carlos as best as she can. While she cannot be everywhere at once, she does a good job fighting those who would try to hard the innocent.

-Nikki's Avatar form is actually the mirror of her old body from her own world. However since coming here she feels disconnected from it. This is why she had a second from programmed in for her.
-When excited or nervous Nikki loses control of her voice causing her to sound like a synthetic vocaloid.
-In game Nikki was a tank. Her sole purpose was to get hit by monsters and hold their aggression.
-Nikki has trouble believing this place to not be some additional level in the game. Seeing things such as Dragons, and Demons, only aids in her disbelief of reality. Despite this she goes along with everything, enjoying the change of scenery.
-Despite not being able to smell, Nikki will often pretend that she can smell things around her so as to create the illusion that her sense of smell is in tact.
-Nikki is actually a skilled musician and singer, though she will rarely allow anyone to know. from a young age she played guitar, and has retained this skill.
-Her favorite childhood book series was the collective works of J.R.R. Tolkien. She knows many of the old songs from that universe by heart, and can speak elvish fluently.
-She has recently been infected with a virus known as D347H4NGL3.exe
