An angel would draw Revel in, but he wouldn't really be able to do much, since he can't access his dreams. I'm not exactly sure how he'd react to Jack. Or how he'd meet him. He may go to a bar if it was the type with music, maybe just to watch people. But he doesn't drink alcohol - there's no point. (he does drink his magic unicorn water though haha.)

@MuchoMachoMan it could work but I'm not sure yet so I'll send a pm to discuss details. Also, since Cy loves outdoor activities, I think he and Jack could also be acquainted? I dunno, Jack loves active people and outdoor activities and he also hate slackers. With his personality, too, approaching Cy is easy for him. Jack can be a friend outside the academy maybe?
Student-teacher plots are always a good route! :D I think it'd be interesting to see how Alaude keeps Hans from getting bored in his class, given that Hans learns incredibly fast and has a tendency to change his mind on a dime just because a new idea came up that he wants to explore.

@Jacques ooooo then Alaude could challenge him with some complicated machines to work on, like some one-on-one extra classes because I don't want to rp a classroom/lecture scene. I see three situations: after class, Hans approaches Alaude demanding a more challenging lesson and Alaude gives him extra classes, or Hans approaches Alaude bc it's his first time to be in a class that isn't so boring and wants to know more, or Hans approaches Alaude to show off somehow that he learns fast (Hans doesn't seem boastful but you know how students act when they're excited) and Alaude bc he's a jerk gives Hans more difficult tasks. Idk tho, those are what I see. Hbu?
I feel like the second option would be more like him. Hans isn't one to demand things, nor he is the boastful sort, and given how he loves it when something can keep his interest for longer than a few days, it's only natural that he would want to know more, and one-on-one classes would probably be the best way to do so.
