mentors wanted~

hello friends~ so, my idea for this was initially inspired by my newest character, Anita Graves. However, a mentor-figure would also really help my other character, Cassiopeia Arkwright, so i figured i'd put them in the same ad so as to conserve space!

basically, i'd love for some mentor-type/role model relationships for both of these girls. i had in mind mentors of the same species for them, that way they'd be able to relate on an even deeper level- more so for small Anita-, but any characters can apply if they would fit best in a mentor/trusting relationship role.

Anita would highly benefit from either those of the fae and/or demon persuasion, as she's still a fairly unsocialized half-demon, half-fae child. as i've not decided whether Anita will grow up to be inclined to good or bad, mentors of both moral inclinations are welcome- it'll certainly be something along the lines of nature v. nurture, then. regardless, Anita could definitely do with some sort of guiding figures in her life, especially because my ideas include her eventually being enrolled in Starlight Academy.

Cassie, on the other hand, would do well with mentors of the vampire species, though she would also benefit in general from relationships she can learn to trust from. she has a firm stance on only drinking animal blood, but the future of this opinion can go either way depending on how her mentor(s) feel- she could be swayed by arguments of it's the vampire's natural way of living, or her beliefs could be reaffirmed.

just in general, these two need friends- Alouette is, hands down, my most well-adjusted character, so she doesn't quite need that extra push. Cassie and Anita, i believe, do need a bit more socialization, so if your characters don't exactly fit but you see interactions with either or both of these girls to be interesting, don't hesitate to post~

Diam is exactly what Cassie needs- calm and unmovable, a great contrast to her unstable worries and flighty paranoia. she would definitely be wary of him out of principle, and probably try and figure out if he does indeed have connections to the Blackwells, but it doesn't have to become a real issue at first; it's definitely an interesting plot point though, so i'm all for it!

she would definitely look up to him though, since she's it's been ingrained in her to respect her elders, so as long as Diam can work her through her initial paranoia, Cassie totally won't mind sticking with him! she's oddly compassionate, though, which might conflict with Diam's curtness, but that'll just make everything that much more interesting~

oh, indeed~ she's usually careful not to get that bad, because she knows that when she loses control, she really loses it, but maybe after a particularly bad set of nightmares/flashbacks, she'd be out of sorts enough to skip feeding. with her body used to animal blood, it takes a considerably shorter amount of time for her to feel the thirst, so it's a totally viable situation if she's mentally shaken enough. they'd probably be meeting outside, then? Cassie would rush away if she thinks there's even a chance of her losing control, but i don't think she'd make it very far if she was that deeply gone.
