Maddie gasped, expecting to hear the shattering of glass.

"Uh, I don't think taking them is going to have us not be paying the restaurant owners, Kiwi."

She scooted closer to him and nudged him with her shoulder.

She reached for another bowl of ice cream and dipped her finger in it. She reached up to try and smear his nose with it. "I don't think I can eat anymore. I'm going to explode if I do."

Laetus laughed, then attempted to lick the ice cream off his nose. "Alright then." He said in between attempts. He opened a portal and cold air came out of it. He then began putting the mochi through one at a time, never stopping his attempt to lick his nose.
"So... Where should we head next? Back to the festival?"

"Yeah! We can go on some of the faster rides. Like those giant swings that go 'round and 'round and 'round!" As she said this, Maddie circled her head over and over again until she was dizzy enough to fall back against her seat.

Oh lol. Tis ok. Mochi is really good. You should try it if you get the chance... except the purple 'taro' flavor. Not a fan XP

Laetus laughed, and held his hand out to help her back up. "That sounds great! And then maybe that spinny ride where you get pressed against the wall... Did they have that one? I hope they did." He seemed to like the spinny ones.

Laetus waved to their waitress as they headed out. Clearly she knew what to do, because she just waved back. If you kept your eye on her, you'd see a tip float out of a portal in front of her.
"Well.... Yeah." He said as he opened the door for her. "They pay the best."
