Terri wasn’t very nervous, in fact if anything he was pretty confident. He wasn’t exactly sure what he was going to get her, after all Christmas had seen her getting a lot of jewelry and clothing. Not to mention the Key to his house and his permission to use his credits card without asking. After that there wasn’t much he could actually do. Okay so yes the cards had limits, he wasn’t about to give her access to everything but she could buy herself whatever she wanted. That was the problem, considering he had given her the means to but whatever her heart desired...he wasn’t exactly sure what she wanted. She wasn’t exactly like Skae or any of the other girls that had held his attention for centuries. No matter how long he stayed around her, she never showed signs of being...well affected.

It was around the mark of meeting his parents that the girls started acting...more like him in away and he was amazed that he hadn’t ruined her innocence yet. It was easier to keep the facade as the prince with manors, the gentleman when your folks weren’t basically Tyrants. However once it was kind of out in the open, it was hard not to admit that you were just as bad. Terri had done some research and found something he knew for certain that she didn’t have. In fact he had done everything to make sure that she had no idea what he was doing. All he told her was that the were going on a weekend trip and to pack accordingly.

His bags had already been brought to the car and the boat was waiting at the docks for them because it was the best way to get to where they were going. Of course it would be kind of obvious once they got close but he was determined to build up the suspense. He was obviously capable of much more than a weekend spent on a boat (if it was a ridiculously big and expensive boat.) Terri wasn’t exactly a patient man so when it was fifteen minutes before they were set to leave the house he started getting slight antsy. he watched the stairs waiting for her to come down.

Rachel was a materialistic girl. She wanted it all; she loved having the funds to buy stuff. While she wasn't completely stupid and was finance savvy enough to not go into debt or go over what she could afford, she definitely did not squander her gifts. Oh no, she used those cards to buy many things. Buy jewelry, clothes, and fine dining. All she had to do was remain loyal to Terri, and she could get literally anything she wanted. She was perfectly fine with being in an exclusive relationship if it provided her with enough benefits, and this relationship most definitely did.

She found herself at a loss for what outfits to bring on this surprise vacation. So many brand new clothes she could choose from! She found herself second guessing everything and trying to pick different items. Finally she settled on what she was going to bring. She noticed the time and cursed to herself. Damnit, she was making Terri wait! The vampire prince was impatient, so the succubus couldn't waste his time too much! She rapidly left her room and walked out the mansion. She moved at a speedy strut.

Her sweet smile was on her face, and she wore an expensive blue outfit. The woman leaned to give Terri a kiss.

"I'm so sorry! I'm ready now. Silly indecisive me...."

The guards carried out her bags and swiftly moved past the couple to finish packing up the car. Even with her best investigative digging, she could not figure out what the vampire had planned for her. What exactly was he doing? She really wanted to know where they were going for vacation, but it seems that she would have to wait and see. She just wanted a teeny, tiny hint! Ah well, it had been a long time since anyone really surprised her anyway. It could be fun.

Terri was pretty much the type of guy that enjoyed spoiling the lady in his life. It was something that he got his from his father. It was probably the only way he actually knew how to convey his feelings. His parents as much as he cared for them, didn't exactly raise him to show emotions. If anything the first couple of centuries of his life was spent in war and learning to take over kingdoms. Speaking of parents he had to remember to call them and invite them over again, his mom had been complaining about him not coming home from christmas even though they had visited him.

He was brought out of his wandering thoughts and mental note making by a kiss from his girlfriend. He stood up from his spot on the edge of the couch and held the door open so she could walk through it. "That's understandable, im sure your wardrobe need's it's own house by now" He said with a slight snicker, yes he knew how much clothes his girlfriend had. It was making it increasingly difficult to buy her anything new. Which was why he had to go to such extremes, well if he was being honest he would've done this regardless. He was just a bit annoyed that he couldn't find anything that he thought she'd want. Especially since she could just go out get things she wanted at random.

He figured he'd have to get things that hadn't gone on the market yet, but those were favors and strings he didn't exactly want to pull. Not because he needed them but because he was lazy and didn't really like socializing with people when he didn't have to. Heaven knows Skae barely had any of his attentions beacause he was a loner. There was just something about Rachel that always seemed to draw him away from what he was doing and to her. Even though he knew at this point that something was incredibly off by it, he was just glad she still kept that innocent aura that drew him in the first day they met.

He opened the car door for her and then slid in next to her, he wasn't particularly fond of the sunlight so he wasn't driving. He had also made sure that he had brought sunscreen because out in the open sea for a day wasn't going to be comfortable with all the sunlight. He hadn't actually realized he would be in the sun until a few days before the trip, when the boat was mentioned. He could spend all his time below deck because that would ruin the trip for Rachel. They were supposed to be spending it together. The car pulled off as they left his wonderful..dark and shadowed filled manor for...sunlight. Yes Terri was a bit of grumpy jerk about everything but he was going to attempt be nicer for the trip.

" I hope you don't mind sailing for awhile " He asked turning to face her so he would forget about the sun, that just seemed to rise higher and higher.
