Let's destroy technology >:)

Please do not hope for some evil plot of literally destroying technology, this is a wanted ad for someone who has abilities that are related to technology and can help my character Mizuko with her second power. She needs to train before getting used to it, and she can't really do that without supervision, or else it might be dangerous if ever she manages to turn it on and corrupt all programs and systems near her. It will also be dangerous to her health, so she needs someone who is reliable and knowledgeable about the manner.

Expect that Mizuko can quack up.
