Vidi gave Chloe a small smile when they exchanged greetings. He hummed, "Sure thing; thanks," he muttered taking a cookie or two before settling on a seat near the front.
Other people shuffldd into he room but in all honesty, Vidi couldn't care less. Maybe he might have actually been more interested with what the "union" was for.
Chloe seems to be stepping up her game, he thought. He was almost jealous by the fact that she and her demon father seems to be catching up — he on the other hand hasn't talked to his own dad since... since when? Even he couldn't remember.
Vidi was suddenly pulled back into reality when he heard the breaking glass, prompting him to turn his head.
He knew the guy. Well.. not really "know" because he's never talked to him but.. this guy was with her father a lot. Well... father's reincarnation. Sheesh this was confusing shit. Vidi chose not to pay any more attention to the other new comers and focused on the topic.
"What kinds of things do non-demons tend to think about demons?"
As each and every person voiced out their opinion, he raised his own hand to join in. "Well, someone I know would like to describe demons as 'malevolent' and having questionable morality. It's pretty subjective when you actually think about it."
