Michael seemed to be adjusting much better than Kaitlyn. Her head was still spinning with all the information; all these supernatural creatures were REAL. Actual things here; not even fiction. It still dazzled her, but she'd have to make due.
"I know what you mean! I'm still getting used to everything, but it's all so cool.." she replied to Michael.
The 'good to read' part made her think. She was completely missing out on books about the island, missing out on actual info that could help her. She quickly scanned the shelves again for one such book, and found one that she may like on the different species on the island. She pulled it off the shelf telekinetically, and added it to her preexisting stack. "I kinda forgot they had books on that here", Kaitlyn admitted. "But I did find some other ones that I liked!", she said, gesturing to her other books.
She could relate to the piles of books, though. She had to resist the urge to check out the entire shelf, so she had limited herself to the few most interesting ones. She was looking forward to reading these ones, and would totally finish them in a flash.
Kait was happy she'd found someone with similar interests, and maintained her smile.
