Personality Description: Finn is often very sarcastic and witty but sometimes people take his comments the wrong way so he comes off a rude. He is fiercely loyal to anyone he cares about but Finn has some trust issues ever since his parent’s assassination. Finn is smart and often losses people halfway through explaining something. He also tends to ramble about things he likes which can be annoying to most people. If a lot of things are going on at the same time Finn has trouble staying focused.
Despite being able to hide his emotions extremely well Finn has PTSD from his parents assassination and being experimented on. He rarely sleeps because he almost always gets nightmares. Finn usually just passes out from exhaustion. He denies having PTSD and refuses to get help.

Father: Ryan Quinn Murphy
Mother: Riley Tara Murphy (née Murray)
Siblings: Owen Ian Murphy (19 Years Old)
Hometown: Washington DC, United States and Cork, Ireland
The first thing anyone notices about Finn is his slight Irish accent. Which of course leads to questions about his home country and that’s never an easy question to answer. Finn has a dual citizenship with the United States and Ireland. He was born in Washington DC but when he was 3 years old he and his parents moved back to Ireland. His brother Owen was born in Ireland a year later. Finn’s Father Ryan was often in the US for work so he was mainly raised by his Mother Riley.
Finn decided to go to college in the United States as he was preparing to move back to Washington DC his parents were assassinated. His Father was a diplomat and some political party in Ireland targeted Ryan and Riley. Finn was shot in the shoulder during the attack but managed to get away with this younger brother Owen.
Finn became Owen’s legal guardian once they moved back to the US. Finn had to work 2 jobs to take care of his brother and himself. Still Finn managed to graduate in 3 years from college with a bachelor degree in criminal justice. Soon after Finn got a job as new Probationary Agent for the CIA where he did a lot of undercover work.
Once his brother Owen went off to college Finn did some very sketchy and dangerous ops. In his last one he ended up losing his cover story and was taken hostage by a mad scientist who did many experiments on Finn and that's how he got his powers.
After he escaped Finn found out about Manta Carlos and moved there. He is currently using his Finnegan O'Reilly alias and has gotten a job with the Manta Carlos Police Station.
Additional Information: Finn is able to handle most weapons but is the best with handguns and rifles. He also hasn't had contact with his younger brother Owen in a long time.
