Detox....Plot Planning?

So, I only have two characters at the moment, and the trickiest one is probably <a href='http://z12.invisionfree.com/Manta_Carlos_Islands/index.php?showtopic=5164' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>Lochlann</a>.

Lochlann is basically how I studied for psychopathology last semester, so he's an addict, kind of depressed, and tends to express his feelings violently. Obviously in the real world, he'd be shipped to a counselor or rehab, but there's not exactly a place to treatment man-eating-horses addicted to women. xD

It also puts me in a tricky situation of trying to stay true to the character while letting him develop. I'm wrapping up a post with Kyros that should successfully make Lochlann less dangerous and in a position where he'd need to rely on other people.

Would anyone be interested in working out a short plot with me? I figured we could make a thread in the hospital since it's currently empty, and I thought...what if there's a power outage in the middle of the night? But I wanted there to be some vague sense of danger, too.

Any ideas?

1.) This made me laugh way louder than I should be laughing in a public computer lab. xDD

2.) I also rather like that. I was stuck originally because hospitals are naturally creepy places, and on an Island full of magic kids it's not like ghosts would be very surprising.

KYROS:
Perhaps a character from the psychiatric ward, who has an alternate personality that comes out when he's in the dark and is extremely destructive due to him having powers of some kind.

I really like the idea of a character who is more dangerous in the dark. @_@
I'm also in a really bad "Chronicles of Riddick" mood due to excitement over seeing the movie, so I promise I will not make the hospital be attacked by swarms of giant night monsters.

Hmmm. This could be a lot of fun. To get all the characters together, would they all be in the ward, or are they trying to get out of the hospital or turn the power back on..or all of the above? xD

My other idea went in the completely opposite idea for this, so I'll post it here in case we decide to do something with it in the future. (Before I forget it anyway.) I have a night class tonight, so I won't be home until much later, but I'm feeling super motivated so I'll definitely be able to post.

other idea that we can ignore:

So, I had this idea that the hospital would have a wing that inhibits or neutralizes the powers of students while they're on the floor to allow them to operate/heal/whatever on students that would otherwise be too dangerous. Only, when the power outage happens, something goes awry and the whole hospital is flooded with that, so some students have to go and reset it so things can go back to normal.
