She was surprised at how nice it felt to hug and be hugged, she wished that she could hug him for a long time. Partly because it made her feel better and because he needed one. She felt his arms hug her back, for a brief moment she felt a lot better than she had before. She felt a little sad when he stepped away from the hug. But she knew it was for the best, she hadn't felt a hug in a long time. She wished she could've made the hug last a bit longer, but she knew he had chose to leave it so she better not push it or make it feel weird. He slid to her side supporting her, she was a bit shocked. Such kindness shown to her more than once in one day, it almost made her want to cry again. It really meant a lot to her, her eyes showed that it meant so much that he was being kind to her. "You know... You don't have to be so kind to me." She said quietly, she didn't want him to feel like he had to be kind to her.

He set her back down, she hadn't felt this cared for in a long time. It was simple things, but even those simple things made her feel a bit less lonely and empty inside. She smiled as he sat beside her, she wasn't alone at least for now she had someone to protect and be there for. She was glad to have found herself someone to be there for. She wanted to show him the same kind of happiness that captain showed her, the feeling of belonging and not being alone and empty. She hoped she could show that to him.

"Thanks..I think that with you I've found a comrade I can rely on, through better or worse."

She smiled lightly and removed her bandanna from her pocket handing it to him. "Wipe your tears from your cheeks or they'll freeze and you'll look silly." She said playfully.

Albel glances over and takes it, wiping away the tears from his face before sighing. He felt so exhausted now he didn't think he'd be able to move for a while. He looks back at her and hands the bandanna back. Between the two of them it was probably gross and all wet at this point, but he supposed it didn't really matter. Suddenly he feels a slight gust of wind blow by that lightly tussles his hair around, like a mother with her child. His empty gray eyes turn and looks back towards the cliff face quietly. Suddenly, an idea began to cross his mind and he looks over at Fia smiling. "I just had a great idea.." he tells her, grinning from ear to ear like a kid on Christmas morning.

He weakly pulls a few shadows over to them and begins to manipulate them carefully. Finally he creates a small ship and he looks over at her grinning. "So what do you say to starting our own pirate crew?" he asks her, still smiling. He knew she loved being a pirate, and Albel himself was out looking for something to do that was fun an exciting. Due to his nature, lawfulness didn't matter much to him anyways. "You can be the captain and I can be...your personal guardian." He looks at her and laughs weakly.

She watched him, she felt a need to be with him. She wasn't the type who got attached easily, but for some reason this boy was different. Maybe because he was so much like her, or maybe it was because he had been the first person who she had really let all her feelings loose in front of. Either way she was glad to have met him, and even more glad that he too had cried and she wasn't some kind of big cry baby. Though she had cried more than he had, but that was besides the point. She continued to watch him as he began to grin ear to ear. She wondered what he was thinking about, she placed her bandanna in her pocket watching him. He looked nice when he smiled, she wished she could see his eyes smile as well.

"I just had a great idea.."

She watched him manipulate the shadows into a ship, she watched him carefully confused.

"So what do you say to starting our own pirate crew? You can be the captain and I can be...your personal guardian."

She looked as if she was hit by a bus, she moved closer to him and pulled his arm around her burying her face in his chest in a half hug. She slowly pulled herself from this position, "I... I'm afraid, I don't want to get attached or be unable to protect someone. The old crew wanted me to become captain, but I'm too afraid." She buried her head back against him, she wasn't usually this close to people. Though she needed a hug, and he was next to her. Though she barely realized that this might be a embarrassing position or even uncomfortable. She was tired and she was afraid to lose her only friend she had made too. Though she was tired and a mix of emotions so that might have been a more accurate reason for her actions. "I don't want to fail you, you saw I'm weak. I'd be a horrible captain." She said with a sigh, she was acting particularly out of character. Then again she had been quite emotionally drained.

Albel laughs at her uncertainty, his smiles continuing to show. However his eyes, as usual, betrayed nothing. He looks down at her as she continues to bury herself in his chest, cocking his head to the side a little. He then looks up into the sky, thinking carefully about what he would say to her. He knew she had a ton of doubt, but that didn't really matter to him much. As for himself, he was one hundred percent confident in his idea. He knew it was something that they would both enjoy and love, so he looks back over at her and begins his reply.

"Well, let's see here. You're afraid that you'll be to weak to protect other people from harm? That problem can be easily solved. Whenever you are unable to protect those who are with us, I myself will protect them with every fiber of my being, as if I was protecting you. Now then, as for your second worry. You seem to have the uncanny ability to become tougher as something begins to bother you. That in itself is not a weakness, it is really a strength. As far as a crew would go, I would think that they would show more respect to you if you became tougher under pressure like you seem to. However, when you're ready to break down, just give me a signal and I will take care of everything at that point until you are able to calm. Sounds fair to you?"

She felt so comfortable and safe with him, even though they had only met each other that day. She was a bit like her captain, if she befriended someone she trusted them like she knew them for years. She hadn't been pushed away from him, she was glad that she wasn't. Though she would've understood, but she really just wanted to be close to someone even if it wasn't like her to do so. She had shown him her heart by removing her bandanna in front of him and keeping it off. She trusted him that much, she wasn't the type of a person who held back things if she was going to become friends with someone. She didn't like hiding things from people, she did love her captain's crew. But she never grew close enough to them as she did with the captain.

She hugged him, a smile coming across her face. "Mmm, sounds good." A part of her didn't want to let go of him, she knew she was already growing too close to him. She knew if this continued she'd grow as attached to him as she was to the captain. But this time she swore to herself that she'd protect him instead, after all he was the only friend she really had. She sighed lightly looking like a kid who had been caught with their hand in the cookie jar. "Does my hugging you bother you?" She said a bit troubled about it, she didn't want him to feel uncomfortable, though she really didn't want to let go and feel emptiness come back quite yet and she was quite tired and comfortable where she was.

Albel looks down at her and laughs again. He shakes his head quickly and smiles, "No, it doesn't bother me. It takes alot more than the physical contact of a pretty girl to annoy me." He laughs again before sitting back quietly, enjoying the irony. It was truly an amazing day, the snow all over the place, bathing the world in a white glow that could shame even some of the most beautiful sites in the world. He looks back down at Fia and laughs again, "So I just totally realized I haven't told you my name yet. It's Albel, Albel Nauxx," he tells her, before looking down at the snow below them. A childish smile crosses his face before he turns and looks back at her.

He reaches to the side with his free hand and grabs a handful of snow before taking it and playfully rubbing it onto her head. He watches as the snow falls down her head and into her face, freezing all of the skin along the way with its cold and careless feeling. He then laughs loudly and braces himself for the impending attack.

After such a long time of being alone, being with Albel had really felt quite wonderful and refreshing. She watched him laugh and smile, she wondered if he truly felt happy. He wondered if perhaps he was enjoying this as much as her.

"No, it doesn't bother me. It takes alot more than the physical contact of a pretty girl to annoy me."

At his mention of her being pretty she stuck out her tongue cheekily, "I'm not pretty, I look like a granny." She said jokingly talking about her white hair, she herself found him quite attractive to look at even if people might think he was a demon he wasn't ugly. Though she didn't dare say it or she'd be so embarrassed for saying such a thing. She hadn't had such a day like this in a while, to feel so miserable and then suddenly feel those troubles drift away. She stayed against him, she felt so happy there with him. She wasn't one to enjoy land much, but that moment with him had definitely been her best moment on land since captain's death she found herself not minding land as much while she was with him.

"So I just totally realized I haven't told you my name yet. It's Albel, Albel Nauxx,"

"About time you introduced yourself, I introduced myself earlier. I wonder if you had been listening." She said pondering, she continued to stay close to his side. She had a big day, and yet it all seemed to end pretty well. She saw a childish smile cross his face, she looked at him quizzically, until a handful of snow was rubbed onto her head. She made a face, and stuck out her tongue at him. "Meanie." She managed to jump on top of him with a small spurt of energy and she looked at him mischievously holding a snowball in her hand. Of course since she was still weak from earlier if he wanted he could probably flip her over on her back before she got her revenge. She looked down at him trying to think of a torturous counter attack, deciding that probably snow down the back of his shirt would be the best measure. She wanted to make him squirm, she giggled inwardly, her eyes seemed much happier than they were earlier. One could tell that she had felt a whole lot better than she had, and it was all because of him.

A smirk crossed Albel's face as she attempted to drop the snow down the back of her shirt. He uses the shadows within his shirt to make the snowball dissipate immediately and outlets the snowball to the shadow casted my the tree above them. The snowball fall down from the air and onto her head with a soft powdery *thud* before all of the snow tumbles to the ground. "For the record, I was listening, it's Fia." He says and pokes her gently in her side. "Now then, about this whole 'granny' appearance thing. I think not. You lack the wrinkles and liver spots necessary for granny." He laughs again sits back, his gray eyes still showing nothing, but his smile showing everything in the weird way that his face shows contradicting things.

He then looks over at her with a smile, "So Captain Fia, when do you plan to get this boat on the water?" Albel looks at her on top of him quizzically, his head tilted slightly to the side. Before she answer another childish grin appears on his face as the shadows around them extend to grip her gently, but at the same time firmly to prevent her from getting off.

She shivered as snow fell on her from the tree above, she frowned lightly wondering how come the snow had decided to fall on her and not him. Though his smirk was a bit too suspicious she didn't bother to ask though, she probably would just not get good revenge against him, not that she really minded it. She was just enjoying his company and warmth, she wasn't going to complain if she had to deal with some pranks.

"For the record, I was listening, it's Fia. Now then, about this whole 'granny' appearance thing. I think not. You lack the wrinkles and liver spots necessary for granny."

She squirmed a little when he poked her side, she was a bit ticklish. Which she hadn't really realized until now, she tried to hide it from him though. She smiled noticing, he seemed much happier than earlier, she hoped he really was feeling happy deep inside, she wished for a moment that he had eyes like hers so she could see what he was feeling. But his eyes didn't betray him which was a bit annoying, since she couldn't keep just about anything from showing in her eyes.

"So Captain Fia, when do you plan to get this boat on the water?"

She pondered for a bit, she didn't know when she'd be able to do that. With him she almost felt like she could do it within a week or some time really soon, he seemed more confident about her being captain than she was. And his confidence gave her confidence and to know he'd be there with her made it easier on her. Before she could answer she saw him make another childish grin, knowing it was mischievous and he was up to something, she went to get off of him only to be gently gripped by shadows unable to get herself off of him. She looked at him an eyebrow raised, she wasn't going to fight the position, she shrugged lightly and rested back against him. She didn't know what he was plotting but she really didn't mind, especially being so close to him. "Hmm... how about whenever you are ready." She said with a smirk, it really didn't matter when she left or begun. So long as she had her new friend with her she felt she'd be okay anywhere. He seemed to give her strength, and weakness since she was finally finding herself getting close to someone again. But she didn't mind that weakness, because that weakness would at least make her feel happy once again. Whereas staying alone didn't make her happy, it made her feel empty.

Albel just lies there for a few moments, looking up into the gray, snow-cloudy sky above them. He felt very relaxed for the first time in a while and felt like he really needed to remain here for a while. However, he knew otherwise. If they were to go through with this plan, they needed to start getting to work right away so that they could acquire a boat to sail in. He then releases her from the shadows holding her and sits up, shifting her so that she's sitting in his lap instead of laing on top of him. He takes a few deep breaths and glances at her, "Well, I'm ready whenever you are, how do you think we should go about acquiring a boat?" he asks her with a laugh. He was totally lost as to that one, "Not to mention we need we need to find a crew as well.."
