Deith made an approving, almost amused nod, complete with his brows raising, at seeing the building. He's never been to this past of the island before, mainly because he he didn't need to, but doing so now, he regretted that he might have missed a lot not coming here before. It was dirty almost everywhere but hey, he's bathed in pools of blood a lot of times before.

"Can't believe you're taking me so lightly," he muttered while still gazing at the structure. Its being broken and old almost made it look beautiful to him. "Enforcer, huh? Welp, long as you keep your promise, I'm okay. But I do have a life in the morning. Just don't interrupt me in my dates when I do have one."

He looked around even more. Dammit, he was hungry. And he fed off of people's souls, and he could only do so in three ways-- drink their blood, fill them with lust, or just eat their soul directly from them and kill them in the process. Even though he promised to a certain someone that he wouldn't kill anymore (he still kills when he feels like it though, how horrible), he really wanted to eat complete souls now, and not just part of them from lust or blood.

"I'm so hungry..."

Tao's soul smelled nice. If only he could have his way on him, he'd definitely eat him somehow.

As they got closer to the building the people who had taken over his home noticed them and pointed to Tao and whispered, whispers which spread like wildfire that reached even the top floor. They where the opposition, they where the ones that had taken the lives of Tao's friends and opposed the idea of his establishments. "We open after dark, beyond that you can choose the hours as you see fit and I wont bother you outside of your hours. We aren't a corporate establishment and I don't have a capital to pay you with however we will take a cut of the winnings which will be well worth it several times over."

"Listen up scum, leave or die!" The voice was strong, he was there not only to fulfill a wish but also to reclaim his home. "Can you catch up?" He asked the man besides him whom he still didn't knew the name of, it wasn't as much a question of speed as it was a contest to kill the most. While he didn't have any super speed this day he did have super strength, pushing the asphalt up as he ran towards them he could increase his speed multiple times. In contrast to the fight with Deith he fought with full strength and he used his martial arts, every hit resulted in kills. Becoming crowded meant some of them would be able to cut him, but again he managed to avoid any vital cuts. The more he got cut, the more he saw blood and the more he killed the more he smiled with his sinister smile, oh how he thrived on chaos.

Deith, at first, watched in amazement. He could tell that it would be hard even for him to fight someone like Tao if the kid would go all out every time. Shrugging, he followed him, brought out his pocket knife again, and went on a horrifyingly spot-on stabbing spree. He was quick again. His speed was always glorious, and fighting people like this were an easy task to him. He just ran and jumped and dodged, and even looked like he was dancing, his hands swaying in the air and landing a stab on either a guy's forehead, temple, though usually, he hit them on the neck, and blood would splurt out of the victims. To him, it was a beautiful sight. He hoped Tao wouldn't mind decorating the building with more blood splatters.

At the back of his mind though, a random source of worry formed. Tao hasn't recovered from his stab wound, has he? Troubled, Deith turned to his direction. Killing everyone on the way, he watched from a decent distance so he could come help if ever the kid gets in trouble. He's not going to let him die, he hasn't received payment yet.

Not yet would he die, not yet would he be exhausted from the loss of blood, no not until he was completely done. He just couldn't help himself in this chaos that he called a normal day, well perhaps not in these quantities but the fact remained that he had spent the last six months of brawling and street fighting. He hadn't raised his pain tolerance neither was he immune to feeling pain, no he enjoyed it embraced it even, he couldn't help but to grin.

He didn't like being crowded, besides the bodies started to pile up so he roundhouse kicked the closest, combined with super strength he tore of their heads and charged out of there. Perfect with them lining up for the kill it suddenly went so much easier, though he didn't want easier, he wanted it to be dealt with. "What do you say, round em up and be done with it with something fancy?".

"O-Oi, don't..." Deith couldn't stay still in his spot anymore. Sure, there were still people attacking him, but he only had to finish them all before doing the same to those that attacked Tao. He didn't care about whatever Tao was going to tell him later, he was going to get rid of that crowd. Whatever the kid looked like, even though he seemed like he was enjoying himself, the fact that there were still too many people attacking all at once didn't go away.

"Don't take them all alone, stupid," he muttered as he moved. He kept stabbing their opponents, and for something "fancy" he could come up with, he released a smoke-like substance that invaded others through their noses and eyes and ears. They were his illusions that meant to attack all senses, especially the physical feeling. He'd make them feel like their bodies were literally melting. He did it to everyone, except himself and Tao of course.

He dropped his smile when Deith used his illusions, he wasn't displeased it just got easy. He just needed to walk around and kill the weak ones, strong people that could fight illusions where still dealt with. What would he do with the bodies, most of them weren't worth plundering since they where scum.

As if not to loose any more blood he leaned on the nearby will and took care of anyone that came his way "Hmm, it seems as if most of them are dealt with, just a few straggler left". He looked around the piles of bodies "Didn't I tell you we would swim in blood?" He laughed a laugh that could be considered a mix between a mad scientists laugh and a normal happy laugh. He had done it, well Deith helped.

Deith furrowed his brows staring at Tao. Why, why in hell, did he feel like something in his chest was getting warmer for this kid?

Maybe it was because of that content laugh, that for some reason had some melancholy in it. While nobody was attacking them, he stepped towards Tao. He ripped a part of him shirt, and suddenly wrapped it around the kid's waist. "This won't stop the bleeding but... If your blood dries up enough here, it will help close the wound. Temporarily at least." His voice was gentle as he spoke. His eyes went to Tao's, before they quickly turned away again. "It's my bad you're bleeding..." he mumbled. Almost like he regretted it.

"I haven't really told you my name yet, have I? Call me Deith. And... don't worry, I'm not going to back out on this. I like where things are going."

After a final knot, he pulled away and stepped back. "Are we going to the upper floors? Can you manage? I can do the remaining few for you, seriously."

"Nah, had I not lowered my guard I might have noticed that there was an illusion." He remembered that he had lowered his guard because Deith was feeding when he walked up to him, feeding usually would make one less prone to combat, right? Whatever, he knew growing up in the slums and getting something to eat would make him happy and less wanting to fight.

"Besides, these guys cut me too, perhaps not as deep as you though." He nodded towards a pile of bodies, some of which where missing heads. "I have been in tougher spots, besides i have a score to settle." They where his prey which he allowed Deith to feed on or kill. It wouldn't look good for him to start his establishment if he let Deith take care of the rest, he would look weak and his business would suffer from it. While he was immortal in a sense though he couldn't allow himself to die in the building or it would literally burn to ashes so he just had to use his fists and not legs to limit stress where he was cut.

"Okay," Deith gave a single nod before stepping aside to let Tao go first. And then he'd follow and make sure Tao wouldn't be taken by anyone else. Strange, they just met but he had no second thoughts about joining the kid. He didn't feel inferior either, and so didn't feel bad about anything.

"Oh, hold it." He almost forgot. There were so many fresh corpses around them, most without their heads, or missing their limbs, or their skulls or torsos completely crushed. There were also his own kills, most of them wide-eyed with terror or shock in a really twisted and disturbing manner, while blood flows out of the holes Deith made on them. Some bodies were still twitching and squirting blood. He also got to rip many throats.

"Can I collect these souls first? I'm... really hungry... You can leave if you don't feel like watching."

He didn't wait for Tao's response. He quickly held out his right hand, from which some more purple fumes formed and spread. They went to each corpse, and as they did, Deith was obviously regenerating rapidly. All his cuts and bruises and other injuries quickly disappeared. As the mist disappeared, Deith tilted his head up in a pleased manner, groaning in content as his face revealed pleasure from his hunger being sated.

"Do what you like with them, they will be disposed of later anyway." He intended to burn them with normal fire, later when he had recuperated. The bonfire was meant as a signal to those opposing him was meant as a message Hey, jackasses I am back! but it would take a few days before he would do it. Unaware if the message would make it or not people of the slum would naturally go there to see what was happening and that is when he would start gathering interest, though before this whole process could start he needed to regenerate some blood to show himself as his usual strong self and not show weaknesses.

He inspected the whole process with interest, it could be a good thing to know in the future. It wasn't until he heard a sound behind him that he averted his focus. He turned around hitting the head of whoever came creeping up on him, it was now flat like a pancake with bits and parts of brain on Tao's hand and he couldn't help but getting back his sinister smile when the blood sprouted everywhere.
