Deith had no idea why he was there.

He was outside the gate of Starlight Academy, walking around restlessly and then peeking through the large gates from time to time. Why? Well, he wanted to see Lei, nothing's wrong with that, right? But he could have just called him and they could have just met downtown, but... He was stalking the school instead. And he was pretty sure he was starting to look suspicious, like he's waiting for someone just so he could do a number on the person.

It didn't help that he hasn't fed for a few days now, and that made him literally hungry.

He made a quiet 'tsk' before finally giving up. Frustrated, he scratched the back of his head and turned around, before walking away as if he didn't just waste a couple of hours lurking outside the school. Okay, now he was hungry AND frustrated. Great. He needed to cool off somewhere.

Walking away, he saw a random girl approaching. She was probably from the Academy, thank goodness she was alone. Deith stood there, setting up illusions that would lure her into an alley instead of letting her reach the campus. After that, he followed her, pretty much ready to devour what he can. She was lost pretty well in the illusion that Deith had no problem getting close to her and caging her in his arms.

RE: Cool off Somewhere

He wore old, ancient even, Chinese clothes that was dirty, torn and bloody and they would could speak of many battles. above that though he wore a jacket with a hoodie taken from a fallen enemy. He had lost everyone in a recent war in the slums however he remembered that one friend wanted to do more then just honorable fights, he had wanted organized fights. Tao remembered him wanting it to be called steel fists of friends, it really was a ridiculous name.

From rumors he gathered that this school he was staking out held some of the most strong and interesting prey, at the moment he had no thought of creating a fight club though. Walking around the schools wall to get to the gate he saw a man who seemed interesting and decided to follow him, after all if his thought had proved wrong then he could always backtrack to the school.

With his hands in the pockets of the jacket and the hoodie on his head to create a shadow over his eyes he followed the man on quite the distance to not get caught. It wasn't until he saw the next scene play out that he stopped caring whether or not he was found out. He walked up to the man and tilted on his head "Come with me if you are that hungry, though i cannot guarantee your safety."

RE: Cool off Somewhere

The girl was instantly bathing in her own blood. Deith had bitten a large part of her left neck, and blood was flowing down to the ground like waterfall. He was drinking most of it, and while his free hand roamed around the unmoving but still alive body of the girl. It was touching places it shouldn't.

...When he was disturbed by some kid's voice.

His usually green eyes were crimson when he glared at him. He threw the body to the back of the alley, before wiping his messy lips and facing the kid more. He didn't like being interrupted when feeding but... this guy was saying something that piqued his interest.

"What do you want?" he asked, no friendliness in his tone or whatsoever. "You were trying to lure me into something just now, weren't you? I'm listening."

A response, Tao smiled sinister, "Oh nothing much." he teased. To show that he meant businesses he unbuttoned his jacket to show the man the clothes underneath after all those clothes spun a tale of many battles but so did the scars he would reveal next. He wasn't fishing for respect or intimidation, he merely proved that he was serious.

"I want to fulfill a friends last wish" It wasn't nearly as lame as it sounded as the man soon would find out. Sorry pal I ain't gonna call it the Steel Fists of Friends. he thought to himself so really he would fulfill his friends wish that came before the last dying wish.

"I am creating a fight club and there is plenty of prey to be had." these words would not persuade the man alone, Tao just knew. "At first I will be swimming in blood and if you want some, heh, join me" Tao wasn't such a kid that he might appear, he would introduce himself only if the man before him agreed "Then prey will practically line up".

"You got some guts." Deith snickered and shrugged in amazement. He wasn't sure what point this kid was trying to say when he showed him those clothes and scars, but something told him the guy was serious.

Oh but did he want serious?

Why was he not attacking him anyway? If it were in the evening, things probably wouldn't be so favorable to this kid. Deith would be less accommodating. There's also the fact that he just finished feeding himself. His patience has instantly gotten longer because of that.

But still, it was amazing how this kid made him listen. Laughing slightly louder, he decided to humor him. Turn serious to fun.

"Why not? As long as it doesn't add conflicts to my... schedule," he said. "But..." he smirked. "If you mean to be the founder of that club you're saying... Dodge this at least."

Deith had already set up illusions around. The one speaking was also an illusion, a cover, while the real Deith positioned himself behind the kid and prepared to attack him. A blow from the back has always been labelled as treacherous, but that's exactly why he did it. Instantly, he would draw a pocket knife into the kid's right side, just below his ribs. If he really were to get hit, then Deith would kill him and drain his life energy, a simple payment for wasting his time. But if he was strong enough to see through him and would he able to dodge, then Deith didn't mind joining him.

The whole of Manta Carlos (save his adorable ocean fighter) was pretty boring, after all.

"Dodge this.."

Dodge what? The man was in front of him and couldn't do anything from there, right? Illusion! He meant to follow the advice and move out of the way for whatever the man planned but a tearing pain in his left side, just barely missing any vital part of his body.

It hurt like hell, though it was a pain he was used to, it was a pain he had been forced to be used to this last half year. He grabbed the hand holding the knife, nearly crushing it as he pulled the knife out of his body. Then he moved his occupied hand in a forward motion as if using the knife to cut something, this was quickly followed by a backwards motion to attempt to use his elbow and hit whoever was behind him.

He dropped the hand that held the knife as he turned around with closed eyes. If it was an illusions he had no need for his eyes to be tricked, besides he now knew the man was in front of him. Tao begun his assault with a barrage of hits towards the center of the body as that had the best chance for his fists to land on, if he attempted the head his accuracy would diminish quite a lot, next he would spin around with one leg stretched out to make the man fall just to pin him down with a foot towards the neck. Sure it took him a moment to find but once he did he stepped so hard the man shouldn't be able to move and just barely to allow him to breath "Good enough?". Knowing that he had super strength he needed to be sure not to over do it or he could squish the mans neck.

Deith didn't mean to take this seriously, and that proved to be a mistake as everything that happened next flashed by in a flash.

He almost missed the details, and almost only left with the pain, but he recognized clearly that his opponent just used inhumane strength on him. He screamed in pain at feeling his hand get crushed, or dislocated at least, and all sorts of pain happened next. The fact that he hasn't fed himself enough didn't help, as he was, in his state, really weak.

"H-Haa... Y-You surprised me..." he groaned. His voice was almost inaudible though, with his throat being crushed painfully. He could barely breathe with that foot on him. He choked as he started to cough up blood. He wasn't surprised, that elbow a while ago hit him really hard in his guts. He grinned, almost pathetically. But he liked this strength.

"I... I like you, k-kid... I guess I'll try joining you... Not like... this, th-though... I think I'm... broken pretty badly... Need... s-soul... Haha..."

He opened his eyes and removed his foot from the mans neck, "The name is Tao, Tao Lungwei." he said as he extended a hand to help the man up. "With this strength I couldn't not use my fighting style, because together they would have killed you" It wasn't a threat or meant as intimidation however it hinted to the fact that he wasn't always as strong as today, he had merely meant to tell the other guy that without his strength he could still offer a good fight.

"If you need souls, the building for where I will build the establishment is filled with prey." With that said he started walking towards the slums, a trashed down abandoned building filled with morons who rejected his street fights based on a set of laws. The building was his, well he didn't own it but he had spent the last half year there with his friends whom he was dedicating this cause to.

A 'tsk' echoed against the alley as Deith tried to stand. He... He was sore all over, dammit, and he couldn't believe he just decided to go with a kid. A kid named Tao Lungwei, apparently; another interesting Chinese (not as interesting as his dear ocean fighter though).

He wasn't even sure he could follow Tao after that. Not for a while at least. He had to lean on a wall, and practically force his legs to move, as he limply moved forward.

He was thankful they didn't have to go out in the open.

"Tao..!" He called, just as he managed to catch up. By this time, his hand has already regenerated, his stomach was feeling better, and his nose was pretty fixed. He had to thank that random girl he fed on before meeting Tao; if it weren't for her he wouldn't have been able to recover. His neck was still burning from lack of air though. "Exactly what do you want me for?"

Tao stopped as he heard his name, turning around and heard the question. He smiled sinister when the words reached his ears "I need someone to enforce the rules i will set up" Hey, Enforcer is a decent title for that job "Though there is plenty of prey to be had if you help me clean house".

"We are home!" he said with a longing in his voice after having walked all the way to the center of the slum. He pointed to a ten floor tall buildings, it was a trash can. The buildings windows where all broken, trash everywhere and multiple layers of graffiti, not to mention the many types of scents and sprayed blood. This was home indeed, though when he last was her it was empty and didn't have nearly as much trash.
