Fox- Exactly what I was thinking when I read about your character. Aspen works hard in pursuit of friendship, unless the person tries really hard to get rid of her. I mean really hard. Then she'll disappear from them and not bother them unless she has to. I think Aspen would be willing to give a go at tutoring, and she's always glad to make a new friend.

I can see that, she is known for leaving her ice around the place sometimes. I'm trying to understand the delicate situation of your character, but I think I got it. So, you'd like the thread inside? If so, any specific places, empty rooms, classes cafeteria?
