Cabel is a generally friendly and outgoing guy, so he has a lot of friends. He's the kind of guy that says 'hello' to everyone and always lets people crash on the couch, but be worried when Cabel asks for something in return.
Mz'Sid So-kijak // Played by Anzellous: Sid is the party-throwing drug-taking drow Cabel became acquainted with at a rave in the ballroom. Sid is after the father of Lemonsqueeze, a furby-looking creature that came about after Sid's drugs were mixed in with Cabel's. Sid is Cabel's sounding board and probably one of his closest friends.

Tamper with the Evidence:
Someone has been messing with Cabel's product and he's not happy.
Cabel has been making and selling drugs since he's arrived on the Manta Carlos Islands. His drugs do everything from suppress powers and heighten others, give the taker the ability to fly, turn into a dragon, or have the most pleasant trip of their lives, all with very minimal, very temporary side effects.
Unfortunately, one of his batches of product sent several students to the ER and the trips were the things nightmares are made of. In some cases, they were literal nightmares. When Cabel investigated, his drugs were tampered with. Someone was trying to give him a bad name.
Cabel is looking to expand his business but he is desperate to find the person--or persons--responsible for changing his formula and putting lives at risk.
Magical Beasts and Where to Find Them:
Ever since he learned that magic was real, Cabel has wanted to meet the most fantastic and magical creatures ever--a unicorn and a dragon. Also, a floating ghostly pirate ship.If your character is a magical creature, there's a good chance Cabel will want to meet them....oh, and have a little bit of their blood or hair, too, for his concoctions.

Cabel is notorious for what he does.
Anyone who throws parties knows who he is and wants Cabel there because of what he could provide. Cabel is always looking to get an in with an influential person to hook him up with more clients, or even act as a client themselves.
Cabel has a way of getting exactly what people need. While he can find just about anything, he does best when what a person needs is chemically based. Cabel is always looking for clients for his pills--he makes everything from ecstasy-like-recreational drugs to sleeping pills to pills that make having powers just a little bit manageable.

Cabel needs a rival (or two) who would be interested in tampering with his products to frame him. The more antagonistic their relationship is, the better.
