But...
Just the thought of being able to wake up in the same room as Gabe every say was like a dream come true. So shut up, rational thinking, and help the body to grab that box off the floor.
Diego was moving the little stuff he had to his and Gabe's now common bedroom, he had lived with Gabe and Catalina for a short while now but only now had Diego had enough energy to actually empty his dorm room(partly because the dorm parent had nagged Diego to death about it). So now he dragged his three, very light boxes of belongings, mostly clothes and shoes and other attire, in through the door. And inside Gabe was waiting, and in his mind Diego had the goofiest grin. He'd never get bored of this, flying in and seeing Gabe waiting for him. But outside he had a faked strained expression as Diego carried the box.
"Uuuuuuuuuuuugh, effort. Perch, my arms hurt. Carry me."
Diego whined after hauling the last box on his bed, and he floated over to Gabe and basically draped himself on his back. In truth his arms didn't hurt at all, he just wanted to be on Gabe's back. Diego buried his face on Gabe's shoulder and groaned a bit.
"None of these clothes actually belong to me anyway, they were just donations. Why did I have to take 'em? They could've just given them to charity again."
Diego kept talking against Gabe's shoulder, it was mumbly but understandable.
