Maddie continued looking at the sights until their food and drinks arrived. She glanced at what Laetus had ordered them.
"I thought i heard you say chocolate," she said in idle conversation.

Maddie tore her bread open and peered inside. She ripped some of the chocolate out and tasted it. It tasted nice, but all chocolate tasted nice.
Maddie pulled her phone from her pocket and checked it nervously. "Do you think everyone is okay? Maybe we should have helped with the search and rescue...?"
