Eros froze, and chuckled rather awkwardly. He didn't think Samael would hold him back like this, even if it wasn't as much as trapping him. He shot the man a sheepish smile as he shrugged. "Yeah, I... I believe you can resist it, but you feel it, don't you? Which means I'm putting a strain on you and I don't like that."
He should've expected as much. It was wrong for him to hope for otherwise. After all, the only ones who haven't felt anything while exposed to his power were two grumpy old men with rude personalities.
Eros was just about to leave again, having pulled his wrist away from Samael's hold, when he saw the frown on the said man's face. It made him feel disappointed, too, that he couldn't stay. Samael was really nice. And honestly, he asking for Eros' number brought a stronger shock than being pinned against a wall. In a good way.
"Sure. That sounds like a good idea." He brought his phone out and held it for Samael, while holding out his free hand for the man's phone, too. "Let's exchange numbers. I swear next time we meet, my wards wouldn't be running out this fast."
