It's been about a month since my angry bear child, Ursa, has been approved and unfortunately, I don't have any threads or ongoing plots for her yet. Let's change that!

For most of her life, Ursa has clung onto her mother, only recently, a little over a year ago, has she been separated. While the first few months were on her own, she has mainly been in rehab to get accustomed to human life and around many adults. However, she is now allowed to live by herself on campus and attend school, but has gotten even more lost and occasionally lashes out. The academy has been looking for an adoptive parent so she can assimilate to normal life, along with making sure she doesn't hurt anyone.

Ursa may outright reject the idea at first and would be a total asshole to any prospective parent(s). She's also not the ideal child to most, she has a short temper, is extremely territorial and is stubborn as heck, but as long as they have enough patience, she'll warm up over time.

Howdy there Ball~!

I'm thinking I might throw Milk up into the ring here, if not for an adopter than at least for a friendly adult?

Milk is incredibly patient, and strong enough to be able to definitely deal with the little cub. She's also quite familiar with bears, having Bear in her life as well, so it'd give Ursa someone to play with! Milk lives on campus, in a little staff apartment, but im sure if she ended up with Ursa they could get a bigger situation.

Lemme know what you think! Regardless of how milk turns out with this, id still like for Ursa to meet her and bear~

Hiya @King!
Milk would be a really awesome parent for a kid like Ursa since she is patient and would understand her needs as part bear. While she probably would act out a bit at first, I can see Ursa becoming quite fond of her. Also, a fellow bear buddy would be a major plus! She is used to having more space, but could adapt to the living situation.

Is there something you have in mind for the two meeting? The school would probably make it known that Ursa needs an adoptive parent, but they also could run into each other on campus or in the forest.

@Ballerina

Nice! Im happy to help, and this seems like a fun plot. I'm thinking maybe we have Ursa find Milk through scent? Milk smells like Bear does, they spend close enough time together so maybe Ursa follows it looking for the Bear?

Or maybe she comes across Milk and Bear in the forest training and gets curious. Heck, Ursa might even be assigned to one of milks classes maybe!

Milk is simple enough to work with so I'm cool with anything!

How does that sound?
