With fame came a certain amount of arrogance, he puts up a very strange facade that hides the parts he thinks are less attractive. Around people he is close to he shows his more cautious, protective side that a huge bag of nerves and secretly is good with kids (despite him publicly claiming to dislike them).
The Deal:
Recently found his niece and they are back on good terms. He is debating whether to leave or stay in Manta Carlos, mainly concerned about his niece's safety. However, he is in yet another sticky situation, a club owner has blackmail of both him and his niece, she wants them to leave within the next ten hours. Juniper, not liking being told what to do, is attempting to hatch a plan to ensure that him along with his niece will be able to stay in Manta Carlos if they feel like it.
Wants:
Parent friends- While not her actual father, Juniper has acted as Klef's surrogate dad for about a decade. He is looking for other people to relate to, donate his parenting books, and give advice to along with getting some advice about handling a teenager.
Someone who could convince him to stay: Juniper is extremely prejudiced against any magical or unusual creatures, but has developed a secret longing to stay. Though he's never admit it, he believes that Starlight Academy is a good option for Klef, but is concerned about safety. He could use someone who could talk him into staying whether it's by arguing Manta Carlo's safety or providing incentive.
Rivals- He's comes off as super arrogant, a jab at his pride is all it takes to get on his bad side. Someone could always call him out on acting so cocky or perhaps a fellow performer wants to outshine him. A foil of some sort could lead to an interesting dynamic.
An agent- Juniper will have the best chance at broadening his viewership to Manta Carlos with an agent who is more accepting of the magical nature of Manta Carlos. He needs someone who knows the ins and outs of the island and use them to their advantage along with doing damage control when he slips up.
Teacher friends- In the future, Juniper may decide to teach at Starlight Academy, as Juniper is good with kids and wants to encourage others to pursue the arts. As of right now, he wouldn't teach even if he was payed 100 dollars an hour to do so, but meeting some teachers may be able to change that.
Help with his plan: Just about anyone would work as long as they are clever or have something to bring to the table, but Juniper is in dire need of someone who could get the club owner in legal trouble, get blackmail, or be a good threat. Someone who could peacefully resolve the conflict is welcome as well, but they would have to be a legal authority of some sort for Juniper to trust them.
Candy Whitson

She's kind of the wild card of the bunch. A 39 year old who looks and acts no older than 16, completely made of plastic, and has a mouth that will never shut up. Although she's insanely annoying, she can be a good friend to many. Candy is loyal, kind, and has good intentions, even though she doesn't think things through too often. She can help people open up a bit more and is decent at advice if you're willing to sit through an hour of her rambling

Candy is running for office yet again, this time determined to land a spot on the student council. She legitimately wants to make the school a better place this time around and is very set on winning, thus preparing months in advance.

A bit of a late bloomer, she is often faced the hurdles of getting older, whether it's dark realizations about life, taking on leadership, and shortlived crushes. Along with struggling to act more mature, she also has a ton of trouble holding down long term relationships whether platonic or romantic due to moving frequently as a young kid.
The Deal:
Reunited with her uncle and on decent enough terms, though she is having trouble expressing her opinions to him lately. Klef is also debating whether to stay or leave Manta Carlos, while she wants to stay, she has come to the realization that it's not the safest place for her. She too has been caught up in the sticky situation, but does not have anything she can do about it. Along with debating whether to stay or go, she is eventually going to be determined to get her sight back when things are stable again. Ideally, she hopes to do this herself, but is open to a little help.

She has been in Manta Carlos for a few months, but only recently has she been allowed to attend elementary school and go about normal kid life. Because her abilities consist healing and turning into a bear, there is no need for her to have a bracelet. However, this allows her to be a bear wherever she wants. Right now she has zero friends and can't find a balance between being a bear and a girl.

Victims: Ursa is a huge bully, but is partially unaware of this. She preys on anyone she sees as inferior whether they are human or a lesser creature like a fox or bird.
Parents: At the moment she has no parental figure of any sort, making it easier for her to push boundaries and break rules. While she may be the brattiest child they have layed eyes on, her intense desire for stability and cluelessness about the more civilized world make her a bit open to the idea.
Friends: Ursa would be a terrible friend to most normal children, but if they get the same enjoyment from frightening other children, they may be just the friend for Ursa. Once she has warmed up to them she will protect them at all costs.
