Bad Romances Wanted

Lochlann is a water-horse with a bad reputation on the Manta Carlos Islands for having a lot of his ex-girlfriends mysteriously disappear. He has been to juvie several times and recently returned from a mysterious year-long absence that even the administration officials at the Academy have not been able to track.

His relationship status is "it's complicated" because he had a long, intense thing with the girl who swore to kill him. He's sort of hoping she'll try to kill him again. He misses her.




Bad Romances Wanted:
I'm looking for several characters (female gender identity preferred, but not necessary) for Lochlann to develop a bad romantic/intimate relationship with.

Bad can be interpreted any number of ways.

It could be doomed from the start because of personality differences. It could be doomed by Lochlann's refusal to talk about what species he is, the fact that he has multiple partners, or because his partner tries to kill him for a change.

((Bonus points if your character has done a stint on juvie island and/or encourages Lochlann to visit her there.))

((Extra double bonus points if bad results because of a jealousy of his "I swear I don't love her she wants to kill me" relationship with Guinevere Haze. ))

I'm comfortable with NSFW posts provided they progress naturally. I'm a pretty erratic poster--I will post multiple times a day for several days in a row and then disappear for weeks at a time, come back and respond to random threads, repeat process. I do my best to keep my coming and going threads updated but I'm not very good at it.

So please keep this in mind before agreeing to plot with me. It's nothing personal, it's grad school.


I may also decline certain character pairings/ideas/etc, especially if I don't feel like it would benefit both of our characters. I'm usually happy to work things out

In the past, Lochlann has fallen for both types of girls easily.

with the cute/innocent route, there's more of a lingering "oh god have to be careful she'd be so easy to eat" route. His angst usually comes from his "I want her to trust me but that's a really bad idea for her" route.

With the sultry route, Lochlann can get the impression that he can't hurt her and he tends to open up & divulge more information. His angst usually comes from realizing "she's really strong so she's safe//oops I just hurt her because I'm an ass."

So it's up to you which route you'd want to go! He's an easy character for relationships; I don't usually feel like they're forced for a plot.

I can work well with both and I can (almost always) use Lochlann to push someone else's character arcs, so if you've got an end game in mind with your character let me know because I can certainly help your plots as well!
