Sorry to hear about your connectivity issues--I can certainly sympathize. School computers often give trouble. There is the Moderator Request Thread you can post your screenshots in if it you're still having trouble. The admins, Romi and Kyros, are both pretty tech savvy and might be able to walk you through.
Otherwise, I hope you'll enjoy your time here on the site. I sort of haunt the community lounge so if you ever want to chat about books, music, pets, or other related subjects please don't be shy.
