Eli frowned when he scooted away from her. She hadn't drunk much of her wine. Surprising, but whatever.
After he took a drink and set his glass down, Eliana scooted out of the booth.
"I'm going to take care of the bill. We should probably get you home and packed."
With that, she left before he could respond. The waitress hadn't returned since she set their food down, which was odd, to say the least.

"Ready to go?"

Mal would just nod as Eli walked off to pay the bill, not gonna argue with her.
He'd be standing up when she returned, deciding to stretch his legs and make sure he was able to walk after sitting for so long.
He'd pull her close without saying anything, giving her a long romantic kiss, deepening it as the minutes go on before finally breaking it.

Eliana hadn't expected to be grabbed and kissed, not after he had pulled away from her. She didn't mind, though, she was into it, even. She kissed him for as long as he would allow, and when he finally broke the lip locking, she grinned.
"I take it the date with your girlfriend went well?"
