Kane Vulpes enjoyed the forest. After all, it was in his nature. Firstly, he'd been living in the countryside all his life, and forests were his favorite. Secondly, he was a fox shifter, it was natural for him to like it. Reasons aside, today was a hot, summery day -Kane didn't mind the heat, he could just lower his body temperature-, and he was lying under a shady tree in the forest. He wasn't dozing off today, but instead was admiring the clouds. Their wispy form.. their natural shapes.. Kane had a feint smile on as he enjoyed them, lying, relaxed on the ground.

Milk never enjoyed training in the intense heat of summer. The heat drained her energy faster, it was just an annoyance for the tanned woman. Bear never liked to train during the heat, but she could understand that. He had to prepare for his hibernation anyway, so most of his training was cut short during these months. It left Milk feeling quite bored, and when she got bored she was prone to wander.

Today, the fighter was wandering through the outskirts of the forest proper, where plants grew to normal sizes and squirrels didn't have teeth that could bite through rock. It was a nice change of pace honestly, if a boring one. Climbing a small hill, she found a strange being laying under a tree, staring up at the clouds.

"Hello. Are you okay."

Milk had no idea if the being was sentient, but it never hurt to ask.
