Kotah was glad they got out of the forbidden. He didn't mind it all that much, since it was a perfect scene for a gothic painting, but seeing Enelya freak out like that tore him apart. He hated not being able to do anything about it, except get them away. Now they were closing in on the lake. He rubbed her shoulder with his arm still around her, "You doing alright, now?"

"You doing alright, now?"

What would she have done without Kotah? She probably would have suffered some kind of mental breakdown or something terrible like that. She liked having his arm around her.

She smiled weakly. "Thanks to you. Without you, I probably would have had some kind of mental breakdown." She leaned against him as they walked. "So, would you like to enjoy a spectaclarly beautiful sunset in the sand, right by the water, or my way, high in a tree?"

"Thanks to you. Without you, I probably would have had some kind of mental breakdown."

He shook his head. "You're stronger than that. I was just helping you along." He ruffled her hair, glad to see her doing better.

She leaned against him as they walked. "So, would you like to enjoy a spectaclarly beautiful sunset in the sand, right by the water, or my way, high in a tree?"

He took comfort in her warmth, reguardless of the fact he was a fan of winter and the cold it brought. "Let's do it your way this time. Next time we'll have to do it my way; watching it set from a rooftop... I'd say attic, but I'm not sure I want to go in the Academy's attic." He let out a small laugh.

She smiled, and fixed her hair, running her fingers through it. "I still think I'm better off because you were there."

She giggled too, and put out her hand, "Sounds like a deal to me!"

She put her arm out, and a limb came down from one of the tall, oak trees near the lake. She lead him over to it, and sat down, waiting for him to get situated, asked, "Ready?" She didn't want to shove off without him being ready. The first time you get plumbeted into a tree can be very invigorating, she remembered the first time she learned how to do it.

The sun was going down, and the purples, oranges, and blues circled around, it was gorgeous, and Enelya seeing it with Kotah, made it all the better.

Kotah didn't answer with words, just an "Mmm..." His eyes went to his feet.

She giggled too, and put out her hand, "Sounds like a deal to me!"

He shook her hand with a better laugh. "Deal!"

He sat down on the branch and situated himself, squirming a bit. "I'm ready."

The sun was going down, and the purples, oranges, and blues circled around, it was gorgeous, and Enelya seeing it with Kotah, made it all the better.

He murmered mostly to himself. "It almost makes you feel bad for trying, doesn't it? Trying to mimic the colors of life." He watched the lights change infront of his eyes and shook his head in wonderment.

The limb shot up, and went even above the tree itself, and all the other branches. She looked over at Kotah, making sure he was alright, and smiled.

"How ya doin there partner?"
She made a funny face.

"It almost makes you feel bad for trying, doesn't it? Trying to mimic the colors of life."

She nodded, looking out into the distance, admiring nature, the very thing that was the core, of her existence.

"I know exactly what you mean... Have you ever seen my paintings? I did one just the other night, I was so afraid I couldn't get the right shade of pink. They always manage to outsmart my paints." She giggled. She put her head on his shoulder, and sat close to him, sharing his warmth, the night was getting chilly.

"Oh, I'm alright. It's just a little unsettling having the tree move instead of moving yourself." He smiled a little.

He added quietly, "They have a glow we just can't grab, hm? It's a teasing reminder of our imprefections."

She giggled. She put her head on his shoulder, and sat close to him, sharing his warmth, the night was getting chilly.

He looked at her from the corner of his eye as he put an arm around her. Stifling a yawn, he muttered an "excuse me."

She smiled at him understanding, "I remember the first time I had a tree life me up, well it was more like a imagined it. The only reason why I remember, I think, is because I was so scared, I had no idea what was going on! I had a fight about something, or was sad, and just wanted to get away, and I said, lifting my arms and circling them around me, I wish this tree would just grab me up and take me away! And that's exactly what it did too!" she laughed, "I was about seven years old I believe."

"They have a glow we just can't grab, hm? It's a teasing reminder of our imprefections."

She smiled, "Plus, it was lessen their wonder." she added, looking out, over the lake, watching the oranges dance on the surface.

"I think I'd be even more disturbed if the tree had actually grabbed me. Now that would be weird." He chuckled.

"I was about seven years old I believe."

"I'm not sure when the first time I used my powers on someone was. I can remember a lot of insidences, but not the first." He shrugged. He had an idea, but he wasn't about to ruin the moment with it. It wasn't a very pretty image.

She nodded and laughed. As she calmed, she sighed, "Isn't it gorgous? Think though, after this, we get the grand finally, the stars! I just can't get over them, I think the best part though, is that no two sunsets are ever the same. Each one is different, each one, is unique."

Around her, little buds and flowers started growing around the two. Enelya didn't mean for it, and blushed afterwards, she was just so excited, and happy. "Whoops, looks like I got a little distracted there..."
