Hunter was a little fazed by Fleur for a moment. Six people at breakfast every morning? She literally topped his highest number every morning before even leaving the house. "Well, you have the advantage there. If I lived with anybody I'd probably talk to maybe the same number, but no such luck there."
And now he was a bit curious. Fleur's sister would probably be happy she wasn't with her? That certainly seemed a bit off. Weren't siblings normally supposed to get along? But then again, Hunter didn't have any siblings, so, what did he know? He decided to let it drop. He didn't want to question Fleur about her family life when he had just met her. Although she did seem pretty open, it still felt fairly rude. "Well, as long as you won't get in any trouble, then everything'll work out fine then."
Hunter then began to think of how many stories they'd have to climb to get to the roof. If he remembered correctly, he was told the school had three floors. That would mean they would have a decent climb up ahead of them, but Hunter felt like he could use a good walk. That and a little open air wouldn't hurt either. He was then pleased when Fleur began to agree with his idea, and then stared wide eyed at her for a second. Phasing through the Earth? While on the fence on whether or no she was serious, judging from her smile and tone of voice, he was starting to lean towards she was fairly serious.
He had never considered the idea of passing through anything bigger than a building, and the Earth was definitely bigger than any building. It was then however he began to ponder the idea. Maybe he could pass through the planet. It was just a giant solid mass, after all. A giant, solid mass with molten hot magma at the center. Hunter was unsure how his powers worked with liquids or gasses, but if it did work with those substances, then he could walk through poisonous gas or water like he was just walking through air. "It's a possibility, I suppose. I mean, if I fell fast enough, and if I can phase through whatever is in the Earth, even though it would still take a while, it could possibly be done. But I've never even tested phasing through water, so I don't want to go messing with the Earth's molten core just yet."
