Claudia Winchester waited until he was finished singing, having absolutely no clue what was going on. People don't usually just sit down and start singing, do they? Okay, well, maybe on this island they did. But not in America. . .Actually, people from her hometown would probably be weird enough to just start singing randomly.

Oh! He's talking to her again. And offering her tea. Claudia gave a small shrug and thought, well, if he insists...Then, she walked towards him and straight up took the cup from his hands, still careful not to touch him. "Thanks," she said, and she went to take a sip.

Jophiel opened his eyes a little startled but kept his composure calm, he didn't want to disturb a spirit he knew nothing about, if this was a spirit to even begin with. He curiously rub his nose and looked at the cup being sipped into...well nothingness.

"Well you sound like you could be an angel hehe." jophiel said jokingly to bring a smile but it was interesting to note the being in front of him had a voice of girl not too far form his own age. "You can keep that if youd like. My names jophiel." he extended his hand out in Claudia's direction, wondering if maybe this being had hands.

Claudia's brows shot right back up at his angel comment; those brows sure were getting a workout today. She gulped down her tea perhaps a little too quickly, already finished moments after he held his hand out to her.

. . .Awwh, that was a dumb idea. She could've held onto that mug for warmth! The tea just tasted so nice that she couldn't resist. Well, she couldn't do much with an empty mug, so she set it into Jophiel's outstretched hand and pulled back once she was sure he had a good grip on it.

"My name is Claudia," she said, tugging her scarf from her face. "...Your painting looks nice, Jophiel."

"Claudia then and thank you, I like to make little paintings such as this. I hope to come back and see how accurate I am when spring comes back in." jophiel took the cup and put it on the tortoise's shell and pets his head, this spirit was more chill than the last one for sure.

"...I hope this isn't rude to ask, but are you really an angel? You sound like an angel, I mean I know usually angels hav magic beyond me. And usually I can see and sense spirits but I don't think you're a spirit." jophiel squinted and looked hard at Claudia's direction but couldn't make out what she looked like, maybe she just didn't hav a form he could perceive even with his connection to the spirit realm.

"It's cool that you can paint things like that just from your own imagination. Are you usually pretty accurate when you come back?" she asked, starting to rub her chilly gloved hands together again.

At his question of her racial identity, she snorted. "I'm nowhere near an angel. I'm a living human being, through and through. Pretty lame, isn't it? If I were you, I'd hope for an angel." She was entirely invisible to Jophiel; he couldn't even see her clothes or a single hair on her head. It's like he was just...talking to a disembodied voice that happened to have a gender and a personality.

"Eh give or take on my accuracy, but I know it'll be green with a blue sky and of course the spirits will be somewhere there." jophiel smiled a little surprised someone had the ability of invisibility, even though the school has many many different kinds of beings just meeting one with abilities that he didn't know much about was cool.
"So your a human huh? Well I'd never call a person lame, everyone has there own beauty and uniqueness. Angel or no I'd be happy to be your friend." jophiel said with a warm smile, he made another batch of tea for Claudia and himself using the hot spring water in the tortoise's shell. He extend his hand with cup for her to take. "Here, this ones on me 'Angel'." he said playfully giving Claudia even though that's what he thought she was litteraly at first, it makes for a unique nickname that fits her condition in jophiel's eyes at least.

Claudia accepted his second offer of tea, wrapping her hands around the whole cup this time in an attempt to really absorb its warmth. She'd be careful to savor it this time, as delicious as it was and as much as she wanted to down it in one go.

"Thanks again," she said, snorting again at his choice of a nickname for her. "Isn't 'Jophiel' the name of an angel? You can talk to ghosts too, so I'd think you're more of an angel than I am." She eyed the turtle again, deciding she could accept this one since it wasn't as much of a nosy tattle-tale as the crane was.

"I've never had a nickname, so it's kind of weird. . .In a good way, I mean. Um. Not in a bad way." Way to go, Claudia. You're weird too.

Jophiel thought for a moment "Hmmm id have to ask my creator whenever I see him again." he chuckled at the thought of seeing his old creator merlin again. He was fun and always kind. "And I don't think your weird, just special. I mean lots of people wish to be invisible, you just so happen to have the actual ability."

Jophiel sipped his drink more and look at where Claudia's eyes might be using the cup as reference and smiled, "Watcha doin out here anyways, aren't you cold with no gloves?" he said guessing the reason she didnt drink the tea much cause she didnt have gloves.

Claudia laughed when he said 'creator', thinking it quite humorous that he would call his father something so bizarre. She'd have to use that one some day--except she couldn't think of a situation that would call for it coming up any time soon. "It's handy sometimes, I admit. Actually, it's handy a lot of the time."

"I am cold, but I do have gloves on," she said, glancing down at her knitted gloves. "I like to come to the park to relax and get some fresh air. I can't stay cooped up all day long; I just start to feel suffocated, you know? Besides, I get to see cute b--actually, what gender are you?"

Jophiel tilted his head smiling while rolling his eyes pretending he doesn't know what gender he is "Hmmm good question~" he giggled "Nah, I'm a boy. Its ok if you thought is was girl, I'm so used to it now that its just funny to me hehe."

Jophiel also patted the tortoise and had it steam some warm air via the hot spring through its mouth to warm up Claudia a bit "There hope that helps a bit, or you know we could always go back inside the school...that is if you live there?"
