"Yep. Mm-hm. Whatever,"

She sighed, she didn't know what to say, she decided she'd give up the subject. She didn't know what to say how this girl wanted to be friends, she wished she knew more about her personality. Was she often wishywashy. This was so hard to try and figure out why this girl seemed like a friend then like a not so friend friend. She watched a rabbit hop away.

"You think we could drop this now, maybe? Subject change? Silence? You pick. I refuse to talk about relationships of any sort anymore."

Amelia remained quiet now, she decided to not talk until she knew how to talk to Cordelia without her getting upset. She wonder what happened between Percy and Cordelia to make her change so much. And why was she going to the hoedown with Percy? This all was too weird for her mind to handle seeing they seemed like they'd get along before she met Percy. She wondered why Percy had effects on people.

Silence? She had absolutely nothing to say? The twenty year old had said to change the subject, but whatever. She liked the quiet. The sound of Amelia's apologetic and guilt filled voice had gotten to her. At least now that none of them were talking, Cordelia could enjoy the peace and think clearly. Sighing inwardly and relaxing a bit, the vampire ran a hand through her hair. She noticed the rabbit, but didn't think much of it. Such a small thing like that meant very little to her.

Cordelia honestly didn't care if Amelia stayed silent or not. She had liked the silence at first, but now it seemed awkward. She finally sighed and shook her head, unsure if she wanted to talk now or not. Deciding that she might as well, she looked to the younger female again. "So..." she started, "you got anything you want to talk about?"

Want to talk about.... Sure like why are you acting different about Percy suddenly? She thought in her head, she looked at Cordelia deciding to try and figure out something to say before they arrived at the dorms. She decided the best thing to say was something that she didn't know yet. She tried to find words to smooth things over or cause the odd silence to end. She wondered if Cordelia was going to fall for Percy head over heels.

"Cordelia, am I just a jerk?" She asked her seriously wondering what the girl thought of her. She didn't like the fact that now she had messed up yet another possiblity of friendship. She knew the hi and bye technic she'd probably end up befriending Percy and Amelia'd be alone again. She sighed hoping all chances of being happy weren't gone completely.

"Cordelia, am I just a jerk?"

The woman was silent in thought. In her opinion, Amelia could be slightly annoying sometimes, but not exactly a jerk. The younger female always spoke and warned her out of concern, though, so that didn't really make her a bad person. The twenty year old looked at Amelia and shook her head. "No, not at all..." she said quietly. "Why do you think that?"

"Well... I don't know... I just I feel like one." She said with a sigh, she couldn't help but keep feeling like one. She saw the academy getting closer. She wondered what she did all day alone, it was odd to see someone so 'independant' and wonder what they did most of the time. Amelia sighed she continued to walk lagging a bit behind.

She was going to stay alone on Valentine's, her eyes welled up. Valentine, Valentine's day she let out a small sigh. She had to stop getting emotional, she knew she was too emotional for her own good. She wondered what would happen to her in the future.
