Geo nooded and took her position on the court, this time she would start on offense and Brunhild was take the defensive position. Bouncing the basketball a few times the synthetic life form gave a short nod once Brun was ready and then rushed forward to begin the game.

This match, like the previous one, was hard fought with most of the time spent with the two running back and forth attempting to steal the ball or preventing the other one from scoring, but in the end Geo managed to win with a score of 10 to 8 this time. With little time to chat or rest they switched positions again and the second game started.

It seemed that they were starting to read each others play style too well so Geo started to take a few more risks this time around, going even more aggressive in her play style which netted her a 12 to 8 victory. Almost as soon as the game had ended Geo had taken up her spot on the field and waited for the match to start.

Geo had thought that due to her increased aggressiveness and the risks she was taken this one would be in her favour but it seemed that her opponent was able to read her moves and took a10 to 4 victory over Geo. Walking off the court Geo paused for a moment to take a drink of water, a necessary thing to do to keep the organic parts of her functional.

“We are tied two games apiece,” she said, turning to Brunhild with her water bottle in hand. “Next game will be the last, winner takes all I believe.”

Geo took a small sip of water and looked over to her co-worker.

“Win or lose this has been an enjoyable day for me.” the android said, smiling slightly as she spoke. “I am ready to continue whenever you are.”

Brunhild's competitiveness lifted its head yet again as the two progressed in their game, and she got more aggressive and her urge to win became almost overwhelming. Brunhild had a smile on her face as she scored and she snarled a bit when Geo scored a point. These blatant expressions of emotion always disappeared between games, but they gradually came up again as each small game progressed.
Eventually they reached the final game, and they were tied. Brunhild drank some water, she was sweating now and her breathing was a but heavy. But she could keep going with ease, all the way until her one hour limit.

"Yes, may the best player win. I wish you luck."
Brunhild answered Geo with a small smile, and also took another sip from her water bottle and wiped the sweat off her brow and neck.

Brunhild looked over at Geo bit surprised, but hearing those words and seeing the other woman smile a little lifted her spirits and Brun answered the smile.
"I feel the same. Your company and this game has been very enjoyable."
Brun set her water bottle and towel down and rolled her shoulder, stretching a bit.
"Then, let us begin the final round."

Geo couldn't help but smile a little bit, a barely noticeable twitch of her lip, when Brunhild had said that she had also enjoyed the androids company. This was the most time that she had spent with anyone outside of her daughter and it was rather pleasing to the synthetic lifeform. Nodding her head, more at an internal decisions she was making more then to the starting of the game, she took up her place on the court and waited for the match to begin.

Like all the others this one was hard fought with Geo trying to find new tricks and ways to get past Brunhild and her opponent always seeming to quickly adapt to them. By the end of it some strain was seen on her face as Geo was pushing her organic components to their maximum in an attempt to get an edge.

In the end though when the two got off the court Geo knew that she had lost the final game.

“10 to 7 in your favour” she said as she got her bottle of water and took some sips from it. “It was... fun.”

Geo had never really had much time for things that would have been deemed fun or amusing before so it was nice to finally start to find activities she would enjoy and someone to share in them with.

“You were a worthy opponent and have shown me many areas in which I need to improve myself,” she said smiling at Brun. “And I, well...”

The smile faded slowly as Geo seemed to be thinking deeply about something, recalling information she had looked up previous to coming to the game today. After a momentary time of silence it seemed that she had made a decision and after a slight nod looked back to Brun.

“In my research I noticed when you admire someone and want to get to know them better you share a meal. We should do that.” She looked at Brun for a moment before realizing she might need to clarify what she meant. “Do you wish to consume sustenance and liquids with me? At one of the local establishments of course. While preparing the meal at home is also an option they say for the first time it is better to go out somewhere that serves food.”

It seemed like Geo could not stop talking. Normally she said very little and now she felt like she had said too much, her programming was not meant to deal with situations such as this.

During the final round Brünhild realized that she was maybe taking this match too seriously. She was pushing her body to the max, even though the only thing she really needed to do was exert it enough to keep up with Geo. But competitiveness was in her genes, best predator got the prey, and Brünhild's instincts took over. And perhaps thanks to that she was able to fight her way to the top and win the last round, which meant she had won their game. When Brünhild realized this she couldn't help but let out a small yell of victory and fist pump, but as soon as she had done it she quickly straightened her back and cleared her throat, the blush in her face not being purely out of physical activities anymore.
"Excuse me, that was improper."

Brünhild followed Geo to the edge of the court, now breathing more heavily and her skin shining from sweat. Brünhild swiped her sweat away with her towel she poured some water on from her water bottle, and drank while Geo announced the final score. And as the other woman admitted she'd had fun Brünhild smiled slightly and nodded.
"It really was. I must admit, I enjoyed it more than video games."

Brünhild admired Geo's willingness to learn and was glad she had been able to offer some insight to what the woman needed to improve on. Though Brünhild though Geo was already very capable individual, which made it even more impressive she still wished to improve.
"It was my pleasure, I'm merely glad I was able to be of assistance."
Brünhild answered and nodded, further tilting her head ever so slightly in confusion when Geo stopped talking. But Brünhild waited patiently, sipping some water while she did.

After a moment Geo spoke again, apparently asking Brünhild to eat with her. Brünhild smiled slightly, she was strangely happy that Geo considered her a worthy object of admiration, and opened her mouth to answer but Geo went on talking and Brünhild waited for her to finish. It seemed like the woman was babbling, and that was slightly amusing and Brünhild kept smiling through it. She found the formal and technical way Geo spoke somehow, how to say it, cute.
"I'd be delighted to go and eat with you, Geo, at a local establishment of our choosing. Although I must ask if I can choose the time and place, my meal plan is quite strict and I have to plan ahead slightly. I understand if these conditions are not acceptable."
Brünhild said with a small apologetic smile. In all honesty it would be easier for her to have a home cooked meal, but Geo was right. They had only recently become acquaintances, having a meal at home was perhaps bit too personal. Although Brünhild wouldn't mind it.

Geo smiled when Brunhild had accepted her invitation and felt something she had never had before, what it was though she was not sure. At first it felt like a glitch in her programming, like a skip in an old audio file disc they had on this planet, or like her processor had come across unknown data and was not able to handle it all. Whatever it was it had started to cause an glitch in her vocal processors.

“E-excellent. That i-is fine with me.” Geo smiled and started to gather her stuff, she needed to get home and analyze what was happening. She turned to Brun and nodded. “Just s-send me the time and location, I w-will be there.”

Geo was not sure what to do now and there was a slight awkward pause. At this point the android had no idea what to do so she nodded and turned and started to leave. After taking a few steps she turned back to face her co worker.

“T-thank you. For today a-and everything.” With that said she turned back and left the park, she was going to have to do a lot of research on Earth customs in the next while, maybe also find out what was causing this annoying vocal glitch as well.
