<div align=center>NOTE: if you don't post within 48 hours you'll be skipped over. This doesn't mean you can't reply again, it's just since this plot needs to be hurried along a little more, since at the moment it's going pretty slowly!

Princess William didn't have a throne, nor did he have a throne room. But he had a comfy perch nonetheless, and a small council, and Gabriel's dorm room would serve well enough for a meeting chamber- William's own was far too small, there was no way everyone would fit in there. He shifted on the bed a little, propping himself up on his elbows and yawning lazily. He'd selected the group he was waiting for carefully, and if they let me down now I'll have their heads for it. Of course, in reality William had really only told them they were to be part of his council two days ago, he'd gone through an awful lot of trouble finding them all though (sending Gabriel to find them, since a princess surely can't do it herself.)
He wasn't sure where Gabriel was, and the man most likely didn't even know about this meeting that Bill had called. It wouldn't be very long until he came back though, William thought, and he could always send a messenger out to contact him (or send him a text message at least.)
Princess William's getup was simpler than usual, a green dress with long sleeves that met his ankles. It was loose fitting and pretty, with intricate stitching around the sleeve cuffs and collar. It suited him, somehow he looked even prettier than usual like that. Though it was an effortless kind of beauty that went nicely with the regal air surrounding him. Whether he generally believed he was a real princess or not was a completely different topic altogether, at the moment it looked like: yes. He absolutely did believe completely that he was royalty.</div>
