The shadow demon would give a small bow as the witch intro herself. "It is good to meet you Wednesday," he'd chuckle a little, "and no apology needed, we both got a bit lost in the conversation."

"This island and it's people seem unique," it was true, it was very different than most places, "I've gotten a good number of notes down on it in my book, a good addition to my records. No other location I've seen has such variety in people."

He'd tilt his head, "this place, it's refreshing, not many locations I've seen would allow people to meet and talk so freely with each other."

Wednesday kinda just...slowly put her hand back down after he didn't shake it, a little awkwardly, before sitting back down on her log.

"I wouldn't say this is the most peaceful place you could have picked." She noted as her cat jumped back into her lap. "Technically people aren't supposed to come out this far, you're kinda near the dangerous part of the forest."

She figured that judging by his appearance and his apparent travels, he was probably more than capable of protecting himself, but it also wouldn't hurt to check.

"If you've been recording everything, I don't suppose you'd have uh, recorded where to find Anolia flowers?" She asked. "I came out here looking for them and I um...don't really know where they are. I just know they're in the area."

He'd chuckle a little, "oh don't worry about me, I've seen far worse than the forbidden forest," the shadow wastes of his home hell was especially dangerous. "Though avoiding that area is wise," he didn't see much reason to go there currently.

"I'm afraid I don't know the proper name of many of the plants," he'd open his book, "but I have noted description and location of many I've seen." He'd flip to that section of the looking for flowers he's seen.

"Ah here we are," he'd start to read of flower descriptions, he was quite detailed in how he wrote. The third flower he described would match the flower she was looking for.
