What would a paint fight hurt anyway?

Rose looked up just now noticing the two of them in the gym and sat up. She took off her head phones and paused the music. And had i slight look of confusion on her face as she said

"Huh, sorry did you say something i couldn't hear with my headphones in. Was it something about earlier? it's fine really i kinda got the point as you were yelling it through the halls. Oh yea and my name is rose"

Rose stuck out her hand as to shake hands with him with a smile, but she was still a little embarrassed and shaken up from what she saw, but she kept her smile happy and cheerful

Faye heard Orion shout which way he was going and she followed him right into the gym. The gym! She quickly walked and stopped about 5 feet from Orion, trying to catch her breath. She heard Orion explaining and decided to just let him do the talking. He seemed to be better at it anyway.

She stood there kind of awkwardly, the girl probably thought that they were weirdos with the paint all over them and all. Faye couldn't blame her though if thats what she thought. At the end of his explanation she heard him say

"Now I know what it looked like! But lets be clear: that was for art. Just art. That's all it was for.." After he gave her a playfully wink, making her laugh. She quickly shut the laugh down though, by biting her lip.

The girl didn't seem to notice her laugh anyway, apparently she hadn't heard them at all. Faye watched as she pulled headphones out and began talking, saying she understood because of the shouting that came after her in the hallway by Orion.

Faye laughed to herself, remembering how Orion exited the art room. Faye watched as the girl shook Orions paint covered hand, and watched her smile. She could tell the girl was trying to get over what she saw. Who could blame her? Faye would never unsee that either.

Faye thought now would be a great time to introduce herself as well.

"Hi, I'm Faye," She smiled, holding out her multi-colored hand.

Rose jumped out of the bleachers and walked over to faye. Rose stared at faye for a second but then smiled and held out her now multi-colored hand with a happy smile.

"I'm Rose, i'm pretty sure we have a class together, i just can't remember which one."

As Rose shook faye's hand she smiled and right after she checked her watch and freaked out a little

"I got to go, see you guys later!"

Rose said in a worried and frantic voice as she gathered her things and ran off and out of the school.

Orion's smile was back with Rose's confirmation that she understood what was going on, or had at least bought what Orion was trying to tell her. He honestly would not have minded either way since, again, he was not an actual student at the Academy. Faye, on the other hand, would probably have benefited from a lack of rumors, and Orion was trying to fix the situation for her sake.

"Good. Good! I'm glad we got that all cleared up."

Rose's outstretched hand was eagerly taken for a friendly, paint-spattered shake.

He was even more elated to find that she was not holding anything against Faye either, which was great because the whole chase was pretty much just for her. Satisfied, he was almost ready to invite Rose back to the art room, to possibly join in the arty shenanigans. Just not the kind of shenanigans she thought she may have seen when she interrupted them.

But Rose must have had some important occasion she needed to get to because she swiftly left their company. Orion only hoped that their chase and confusion had not messed her up for whatever she needed to get to. As he watched Rose run off, he took a place next to Faye, still holding up his pants and covered in paint. Now there were only two people in the gym, both covered in paint and half-dressed.

"Soooo... Wanna... Try that again...?"

Faye watched as Rose hesitated before grabbing her hand. She started to worry but then realized that she would have fallen short too if the others person hand was covered in paint.

Faye noticed the girl quickly greeted her, and all of a sudden was saying her farewells. What was her rush? Faye muttered a quiet goodbye, and watched her walk out the door. Now it was just she and Orion again. The previous moments in the Art room flooded Faye's mind again making her blush.

She looked to Orion, and slightly bit her lip, as he asked if they wanted to try that again. She thought about it, and wasn't sure. Would it make it weird now, considering Rose jumped straight to the conclusion anyone would have jumped to?

Faye decided to carry on.

"Why not?" She gave a nervous laugh, and began the walk back to the art room. Was the art room the smartest place though? Afterall, they just had to chase Rose through the hall way to explain. Did they want that again?

He knew as well as her that a little bit of the mood had been ruined by the interruption. Asking if they wanted to just try again did not aid in recreating the feeling either. His question had been only half-joking, a test of what had previous happened in that room. Perhaps the sudden jarring chase had put some sense into the girl's mind, and she would realize that maybe she was just caught up in the moment. But, to Orion's surprise, the feeling was still there, though it was covered in a thin sheet of trepidation.

As Faye began the walk to exit the gym, Orion remained behind for a moment, his smile turning all kinds of wicked.

"Well, if that's the case..."

Orion caught up to Faye before she could leave the gym, coming right up behind her and slipping his arms around her waist to hug her from behind just as she had done to him. But his hug was more "playful" than her's, lingering and holding her as he spoke softly to her.

"Perhaps it would be best if we cleaned up first. There's some showers right over there."

He shifted the two of them slightly so Faye could see what he saw: the empty gym and the empty locker rooms beyond. No one was around that time of day, so they would definitely have it to themselves.

"Whaddya say~?"

Faye could tell that the mood wasn't the same as it was once before in the art room. Her shyness over came her again as she walked back towards the room. As Faye continued to walk towards the gym exit to the hallway, she didn't hear Orion following her. Maybe he was done, she thought with disappointment.

She then heard Orion come up behind her, and to her surprise slipped his hands around her waist, which made her knees go weak. Good thing his arms were around her. Chills ran all over her as he whispered in her ear. Suggesting maybe they should go clean up, and then they could go to the shower. Faye was shocked. What?

Faye turned around to face him, making sure not to break the hold he had at her waist, and put her hands lightly on his chest. She wanted to see if she could read his face, to see if maybe he was joking. It didn't look like it. Faye wasn't sure if she should, but the mood that was running through the air between them-at least to her- was hard to ignore.

Faye bit her lip, and looked in his eyes ,"Well what are we waiting for?" She lightly grabbed Orion's hand and began walking towards the room again.

The nervousness that was running through Faye had been obvious to Orion almost the entire time they had been playing this little song and dance. When she turned in his arms to face him, to place her hands on his paint-covered chest, the nerves were all the more clear to him. But he could also sense want, perhaps even enthusiasm, beneath the nerves. For whatever hesitation and shyness she showed, she would not even be willing to let him hold her if she was not truly invested.

He gently rubbed at her back, reassuring her that he meant neither harm nor foul in his actions. His hold on her was intimately firm, yet not so rigid as to restrain her should she wish to go. As such, his hands easily slipped free of her when she pulled away to take his hand.

Orion had no response to her query, only a smile and eager feet as he walked beside her to the locker room and to the showers. Just as it had seemed, the rooms were empty and devoid of any distractions. The Academy had done well by its maintenance. The locker room and showers were pristine and clean. Some money had obviously been dropped on this part of the gym, and Orion was thankful for that.

"This ought to do..."

Orion had guided them to a shower tucked away in a corner farther away from the entrance, just for some extra space between them and discovery should that ever happen. Clean white tile surrounded them and the metal of the fixtures shined with polish, almost inviting them in. Orion reached in and turned the handle. While they stood outside of it, warm steamy water began falling, quickly obscuring the area in an intimate haze.

"Now, lets get these off..."

Picking up where he left off in the art room, Orion started undoing his belt and slipping his pants down. Except now the two of them were much closer together, and he was bit more showy, wanting Faye to enjoy it as much as possible.

It was clear Faye was no longer the lead in this, Orion was. Once they went through the locker room, Orion lead them to a far shower and it was obvious there would be no interuptions this time. That was good though, wasn't it? Faye's nerves were a mess. She was shaking, hopefully it wasn't too obvious to Orion, but she's never done anything like this before.

As the water in the shower began falling, her heart was in her throat. She leaned against the wall, and she knew her cheeks were pink. Faye hadn't realized she was looking at the floor until Orion had said "Now let's get these off." Her eyes shot up to his, he really was being serious. He was undoing his pants, and then slid them off. It was funny seeing the rest of his body covered in paint, and his legs were as clean from paint as ever. This is the part they hadn't got to in the art room. Clearly it was going to go much further.

Faye couldn't find words to say, she was so nervous. She couldn't say she wasn't enjoying herself though, because she was. How many times does something like this happen anyway? Faye remained leaning against the wall, and she put her shaking hands behind her back. She wasn't exactly sure what to do, she looked up at him with her eyes, which were most likely bright with excitement and nervousness, and bit her lip.

Maybe you want to help me? She moved her hand and motioned towards her clothes.

Orion was perfectly fine with the situation at hand. Nudity was a rather banal issue for him. Somewhere along the line in his life, he lost the little body issues that made people afraid to expose themselves. Not to say that he was also not acutely aware of how his nudity fit into the scene in the showers with Faye. This time, it was no longer banal and normal. This time, it was a little special, and he had to make it feel special.

His pants were slipped off with methodical slowness and a slow rocking of his hips. Even before the underwear came off, it was very obvious how excited he was. In fact, he was so excited that slipping off his boxers was slightly cumbersome. It happened anyway, and he stepped out of his pants and shoes, leaving him clad in nothing but the paint that coated his skin, exposed fully for the girl before him.

Looking down, he too saw the humor in his appearance. Between his ankles and his waist, he was completely clean. Everywhere else was covered in paint. It did set off his dark skin quite well and, quite deliciously, drew the eyes to his excitement.

Faye's question was answered with a smile. Orion walked right up to her again, unafraid and uninhibited. His hands lighted upon her waist and began to slide upward, slowly lifting her tank top. His face drew closer and he hovered his lips over her's.

Higher and higher he lifted her tank top until it slipped over her head. Not wanting to lose the work he put into it, he set it on a nearby hook while his hands explored her exposed chest.

"My... You're a work of art yourself, Faye..."

His hands slowly, teasingly traced down her stomach to undo her pants' button.
