Selectable Armaments, Gadgets, and Equipment(SAGE): The SAGE looks to be something straight out of the 1980s. It's a somewhat bulky, metallic glove with wiring and techno bits all over it, with the most prominent being a touch screen that takes up most of the forearm area. It covers all of his right arm from the elbow down. The only thing the SAGE is missing are blinking colored lights.
At its current stage, the SAGE is only capable of delivering a powerful electrical shock via contact strong enough to disable humans and large animals, with the chances of incurring minor burns going up with voltage. Beyond that, the SAGE houses a variety of small innocuous gadgets akin to a utility tool and a few essentials that allow him to communicate with the earth population.
Biography:
For the time being, nobody knows much about TBD. In fact, as it stands, TBD is not really his name. A real earth name has yet to be obtained by him. An earth name? Yes, TBD is not of this planet. He has yet to reveal anything of his origins, but he will confess to having crash-landed on the planet. In an attempt to blend in better with the local populace, he applied for the local educational institution and now lives there while he tries to both learn of earth and find a way back home.
Additional Information: I know it's really bare-bonesy, but I hope to fill this out as I RP the character. Including getting him a name, which will be found in the course of a thread.

Orion is an odd fellow to meet and get to know. He is exciteable and chock full of energy, and he is more than willing to express it. The seemingly boundless enthusiasm he shows for everything stems mostly for his equally unlimited curiosity for all things. If he does not know a person, he will literally jump at the chance to become acquainted with them. If he encounters an object or event he is unfamiliar with, he will go out of his way to inquire every nearby person about it and/or poke and prod at it himself. If it is possible to acquire said object, he will buy it or take it trade for it or whatever it might take to put it into his possession.
There is very little point to tempering his energy. Between his lack of social graces and his infinite cheeriness, it is too much of an uphill battle to try and reason with him. At least when it comes to, say, respecting personal space or not keying-in to normal societal norms.
That is not to say Orion is dumb. Contrarily, he is quite intelligent and knowledgeable. It just expresses himself strangely, and with an odd penchant for rolling around the ground.

Yes, most people will see an eccentric young man who has a fondness for getting too close and asking uncomfortable questions, but some may find something else beneath that. Something more coherent and and thoughtful.
