Makara nodded. "Wait here, I'll just be a moment." He set the stack of papers down on the secretaries desk, circling around to locate a phone and a little pinned note before making the call. He wasn't the one who would handle it, but whoever was 'on duty' for tours and had some free time would get an alert that they were needed, and it was just a matter of who showed up in time."Someone will be here shortly you take you on a tour."
Toby was excited when he was sent towards the administrative wing with the duty of helping a new student get acclimated to the school. Admittedly, the demon knew just about everything about the place. Well, not true--he just remembered everything he'd ever been told about the place, and he could regurgitate it perfectly for anyone if they asked.
He was smart like that.
The small teen bounced into the administrative office, giving the man a salute with his hand, covered by the overly long sleeve of his hoodie, his snow boots giving a protesting squeak on the floor.
"Yes hello!" He said with a big smile. "I am here for touring and also guiding, probably!"

Olivia was hyped. She had been playing rounds of Street Fighter 3: Third Strike today and was doing really good, but she needed a break to stretch her legs, and the perfect break opportunity had arised!
She showed up at the office to meet with this new cat, Olivia had lived on the island for awhile, so she was knew it pretty well, she could show off all the important stuff.
But someone else was here? She puffed out her chest and stood next to them.
"AHEM! Ill be your tour guide today actually... My name is Olivia Mallon, pleased to meet ya."
This wasnt right, she had received a text message telling her to guide this new student, and it didnt say anything about their being two? Unless it was a mistake?!

Ahh, that was unfortunate. He was happy to see another student arriving, but was a bit put off to see a second arrive. Ahhh... Normally when the first arrived he was supposed to send out a cancel message (which he did discretely as everyone introduced themselves), but there wasn't a policy in the event that two people showed up at almost the same time.Hopeful that no one else was going to show up, Makara stepped out from behind the desk.
"I assume you both are tour guides? You can always collaborate to give Tia a tour around the campus, or each do a half." His job was more or less done - he simply wanted to make sure they came to some kind of agreement.

"Oh!" He giggled and held the hands of both of the two tour guides "I'm okay with that! The more people I meet the better!" he looked up at both of the two and smiled at them each "Thank you sir for helping me! So, what is your name?"

"Ok yeah! Two guides should be way better than just one! Lets come up with a cool team name!"
Team names where important, that would be the thing they yelled out at the end of their huddling sessions, they needed something good.

Makara wasn't quite sure that a team name was necessary, but he supposed it meant they were getting along well enough. He gave the group another small smile before collecting the papers up in one arm."I need to get going, but enjoy your tour, Tia. My name is Makara, if you need any further assistance." It was simply easier to give his surname and avoid any confusion. It was what everyone called him, and 'Mr. Som' just sounded odd to his ears. No, Makara was just fine.
After saying his goodbyes, Makara left the office, hoping to find the person he needed elsewhere.
