A thread for all my plotting goodness. I'm very new here, so my one and only character is in a desperate disposition to find threads, character interactions and whatnot. I'm really into getting him to know different people around the island right now and in the school in general. Organic developments in the thread are awesome, but I have no problems about planning it out. I'm generally really open to anything since I'm very interested to see how this'll turn out.
Please feel free to ask or suggest anything, since I'm still not very sure where to start with all this, lol.
I'm relatively free nowadays, so I can probably get to replying pretty quickly. However, that won't always apply, but I'll always try to keep it within a week.

A novice necromancer with some skills in manipulating the undead, Haskell only recently moved in to Starlight Academy to begin formal studies of his passion. Quiet, introvert and anti-social, Haskell has never experienced real friendship ever since his parents passed away, and became a shut-in who surrounded himself with books. He is unable to make friends and make conversations with other people due to his awkward nature, and therefore never bothered to indulge in such things anymore. Despite this, he was always curious about human interactions and how people became close with each other. "How does one define a friend, and at what point does one become a friend?" Shunned by people around him since he was a child, the word itself is meaningless.
Straightforward and direct with his words, he never fails to express his mind. Appearing as an unfriendly young man who had disregard for the opinion of others, he never knew how he should act and what he should say, only that people disliked him for who he is, and therefore did not think of changing himself.
Curious and always searching for knowledge, he had an intellectual upbringing that focused on exploring the world around him and his environment. He finds happiness in learning new things and gaining new knowledge, which he usually writes down in his journal. He keeps to himself most of the time about his personal life and his going-ons in general, but that doesn't stop him from attempting to know more about other people; close interpersonal relationships are a mystery to him and mysteries are meant to be solved.
