Most people would definately notice the oddness of the day, one could notice the black clouds in the sky. The erie feeling in air, something was obiviously wrong. Usually sunny SA was getting approched by black clouds, casting a odd darkness beyond that of a thunderstorm. Claira the headmistress knew very well what was happening, but she couldn't go. She couldnn't fight, if she did she'd only turn into a demon of a person only longing for blood even if Darci did die the headmistress of DCA was needed. This would be the first fight she stayed out of for her students sake. She sighed, "Students do well, live, don't let your lives end on the battlefield before you. Live." A lone tear dripped down her face. She watched students disperse towards the forbidden which led towards DCA where Darci was going to be waiting.

A girl stood alone infront of the Oros' sisters house, memories of the Oros Sisters slowly flooded her mind. She slowly clenched her fist as things started to make complete sense. She looked at the sky a color gray spelled out the impending doom for her and others ready for revenge, avenge, and the death of Darci. Darci's powers were replenished, spells of all shapes and sizes she knew. But was she a match for a hero who would come out? Who would this hero be? She went into the Oros' sisters house picking up the first thing she saw which was a necklace. She put it on, "I'll remember you in battle." She said touching the house lightly with her hand, she turned and walked towards DCA. "Time's up Darci Westington, it's time for you to follow your sister."

Mez had been staring at the sky stuck in a daze. He looked serious for once in his lifetime, he got up from the chair he had been pondering in and started walking in a random dirrection. Which then turned into walking towards a erie looking place that had black clouds overhead. He didn't know what was going on, but he knew he wasn't liking it. He started to run towards where the black cloud was coming from. It took him quite a bit of running before he saw anything he hadn't seen before. He came to a barrier, staring at it he tried to think of ways to get past it. He wanted to hurry he felt that something was threatening the happiness of this world.

Darci smirked, "Let the games begin."

OOC: You all and start your own topics and I'll reply with attacks and such. =3

Corona had noticed the growing darkness. Mixed with the unseen dread scar, his very blessed soul tingled. Paul's body was enough to resist the physical pain caused by the scar, but the darkness emanated from the island was too much. He had recently given a report to one of God's messenger angels, discussing recommended action to take against such a threat. After information was gathered, it was decided that this had much to do with the island's past. Paul had also felt the strange discomfort from other people of the academy, and while he and Corona hadn't yet discussed it, they both know that soon something was going to happen.

It was soon decided that Corona would not be receiving any sort of assistance from the Heavens if this matter were to get out of hand. The amount of darkness that enveloped the world, let alone the island, would be too much for any sort of angelic warrior to handle. Corona rest assured that this threat was of a human wizard, perhaps the one he read of referred to as Darci, and as such an enemy that humans could handle them selves.

Either way, it was time for him and Paul to check out what the disturbance was all about. And it seemed like he wasn't the only one curious.

Vince walked rather dramatically out of the forbidden and towards the Oros house, his sword cluched by his right hand. It was a suprisingly grey day for summer, but he knew something was wrong. For starters, there were students marching along with him. One of the other students was Xavier, whose bionic arm was already at the form of the longest sword he could come up with (about the same size as his arm) and raised in the air. Both of them never met before, but they were about to at the worst situation of the moment.

Whoever Darci was, Vince knew that this person would be tough to defeat. Vince finally arrived outside the Oros Sister's house. A few students were already standing. Vince assumed this was where the battle would begin. He looked back. Xavier was standing next to Vince, smirking. Vince decided that it wasn't funny, so he asked him, "What's so funny?" Xavier turned towards Vince, and simply let out a grunt.
"I'm not laughing at anything," Xavier said sarcastically. "I'm just feeling great that's all."

Great? What was so great about a battle? Vince decided not to argue, and simply looked around. So many students. So many potentional dead bodies. Vince became pale, shaking like jelly. This was not going to be easy. Xavier looked at him and smiled, but then his memories came back. This was almost exactly like the war he fought in years ago. Suddenly, he too was pale and shaking. His smile disappeared. Suddenly the battle didn't look so exciting to him.

Perhaps this wasn't a good idea for either Vince or Xavier, but neither of them could turn back now. The battle would start soon.

The sword floated out of the forest, the eye on the hilt surveying those gathered. The blade's eye seemed gleeful in anticipation of battle. It changed into the form of a tall muscular human man with black hair and bright red eyes. He held a great claymore. "Am I in the right place?" The man asked, emotionless. The eye on his ring blinked, waiting eagerly for battle.

Behind the possessed sword, Shojoro stepped out. He was grinning with dark pleasure as he was followed by ten of his skeletal minions wielding various weapons. His shadow came free of the ground and became the shape of a serpent before coiling restfully around its master. "When do we march?" Shojoro asked impatiently. He couldn't wait.

Nikki didn't wait around very long. She headed right for where she planned on penetrating. It wouldn't be hard for her, what with all the training that she had done when she first heard about what had happened to DCA. She planned to help and that was what she was going to do.

Her long hair was tied back into a tight braid, and then woven into a bun on the top of her head. She had traded in her normal clothes for fighting garb. That is, a pair of tight black pants, a black shirt and a black pleather jacket. All of which clung to her figure. Her Katana, which had been given to her by a cousin from Japan, was sheathed against her back.

She planned on going to the brook, and from there, she would wait for the first to follow, and help them if they needed it. If they didn't then she would wait for somebody who did need help. Her plan was not to reach Darci, but instead to help those who had need to meet the witch get to their goals with energy to fight.

Jira smirked ready to fight in this war. Armed with two daggers guns and several bottles full of blood from different elementalists and creatures he knew he could only control one at a time and could cancel it back to normal but it was the best he could learn in such short times. Away from the rest of the pack but still visible slightly to those who would look toward him he would rather be alone anyway...he worked best there as he always did. Jira already began to walk knowing he had cocked his guns sharpened his blades and thought he was ready for anything going to take this trip nice and slow, the decline in mutants was going to be his message and the shells of the bullets used after every fight would light the way to him going toward Darci. He only had that sadistic smile as his fangs shown and he wait for whatever it was to try to beat him. He was going to try to hide his main power which was controlling blood as best as he could knowing he would need to be cautious looking from both sides as he moved toward the forest area perfect for an ambush against him

She had been waiting for a day of war since she had been turned into the thing that she was. Long, charcoal hair was hanging freely to her wait as it always was, with coarse bangs highlighted into a dark purpleish-blue in the sun. The sky overhead was dark with the oncoming battle, and the vampire could just smell the blood that would soon be on the battlefield. It wouldn't be her blood on that field, or her body that would loose its eternal life.

At least... that was how she had planned it. Cordelia had an ego the size of Texas. Her thoughts never imagined her own harm or her own death, for she figured it wasn't going to happen — that she was too good for death. Her fangs were polished and clean for this event , with her sheath hidden underneath her flowing trench coat. Had she not been siding with the students, the twenty-year-old may have been thought of as an enemy herself.

But, that was what she aimed for. She aimed for people to be scared of her and she longed to show she could really fight. Her mind couldn't really grasp how terrible war was, though... and Cordelia Brooks was in for a rude awakening, however far away she thought that it was.

~

He wasn't smirking, skipping around, nor was he giddy in any sort of fashion. The people who were pleased with the thought of a war were sadists who didn't understand the true concept of war and what it was. They hadn't seen the bodies of those boys no older then twelve laying on the ground, gasping out their final breaths and words that no one had heard. None of these students should be fighting in this battle... they were all too young to loose their lives. Far too young. Most were only teenagers.

The immortal's eyes were cast down. Even if he couldn't die by the normal human standards... well, he wasn't in a normal place anymore. Manta Carlos was a strange island with strange people. Allen didn't have powers like them. The only thing he had was seven-hundred-seven years of experience under his belt. He wasn't like Enelya — he couldn't control the forces of nature. He wasn't like the vampire Odette, or even like those pirates in the library and that boy who could make things explode.

He simply had a long life. Nothing more, nothing less. All he could do really was hope that this war wasn't as bloody as the Civil War had been. Allen had a feeling it would be, though... whenever children got involved in wars, unnesessary, brutal deaths occured.

But he had changed. He wasn't fighting for a wife to notice him and return to him anymore. He was fighting to actually help these children... and if it was in his power to save one of them, then by the gods he would do it.

Allen looked around and let out a deep breath, hand on the hilt of his sword. All he had to do was think back to the Civil War, Revolutionary War, and his time in England as a knight and everything would be fine. He had been fighting his whole life. It seemed like there was nothing that would change that.

Enelya walked somberly down the road, working her way towards the Oros house. Her hair was pulled back, not accompanied by any flowers, or sticks, but strictly her hair pulled back. She wore a blue shirt, and cargo pants, so that her attire would not get in her way for the events to come. She had bags of pestles and mortars, canteens of water, rags, bandages, pre-made herbal medicine, and several on hand plants ready to go. She would act as these children’s healer. Unfortunately she wouldn’t be much help in the actual war, but she was going to help them if they got hurt. She couldn’t just stand back and watch her peers give their lives for such a cause.

She hated the thought of war. She hated the fact that she was so close to it. Her heart was beating so fast, and she thought she might not even be able to see. Though Archimedes, her trusty lizard was softly perched on her shoulder, and whispered words of comfort into her ears.

As she approached the house, she saw many others gathered there. Some looked too young to fight, and some looked like they shouldn’t even be there. She felt herself on the bridge of tears, the battle hadn’t even begun, and she was already crying. She knew some of these children wouldn’t return, while others would be scarred forever. It pained Enelya’s heart to think of something so terrible. Their lives should be filled with wonderful memories, not war. Though wasn’t that the life of someone with powers? A troubled, misunderstood one with experiences most others never faced? Enelya held back her tears, though she just couldn’t manage a smile.

Then, she saw Allen. Oh dear, she could feel in her heart his determination for this, but for some reason, she feared for him. She approached him, and bit her lip. She couldn’t find herself to say anything, until she just wrapped her arms around him. She embraced him tightly, and spoke into his shirt. “Be careful…” She pleaded. The bags of aiding materials clanked at her sides, and she put her hands on Allen’s face. “Be careful. Okay? You’re my friend, and I don’t want anything bad to happen to you….” Her voice trailed off, and she let go of him, and ran off. She had to get her things in order… She couldn’t let herself get emotional or she wouldn’t be able to heal people properly…

Kera stepped out of the shadows the werewolf had been heart broken since DCA's capture. She needed her home, life, and happiness back. She most importantly needed to find Shadow and see if there was a explaination as to his awayness in mind. She needed her home, her happiness back. She walked towards the barrier examining it she turned around running at super speed she run away from it and made a quick wide U turn heading back to it at full speed she jumped into the air trying to catapult herself over the barrier. It got her halfway through but she got stuck with thorns halfway she made a quick long leap and landed on the ground on the other side. She licked her wounds, and pulled out some thorns. By the time she reached the academy she figured her wounds would've healed considering the trip would take longer than a day.

OOC: By the way you can make your own threads and we'll find someone to rp with you making sure you get some action on the way to the academy!

Rami stood, watching the energy signals of the students get further off. She wanted to go and fight Darci, she wanted to get in there and avenge her friends, but she knew it was going to be brutal. Her katana was already unsheathed, but was held limply in her hand at her side.

There was such a diversity of people here. Some with more evil in their energy than even they would probably admit. There was a few energy signals that stood out to her. One she knew was the headmistress of DCA, but one was so bright with good that it nearly covered any other color that was in it.

Her hair was hanging limp, not pulled back at all. She didn't need it to be, since it didn't hinder her vision at all. She didn't appear to have changed her choice in clothing at all, even for the war, and still wore her regular sneakers and black sweatpants and beige sweatshirt jacket thing.

Her eyes stared at the nothing as she observed, a serious look on her face as usual. This was going to be difficult.
