Ivan's mother let go of Scarlet, now holding her shoulders out at arms length to take a good look at her. "It's nice to finally meet my son's soon-to-be wife!" She said cheerfully. "I always knew he'd find someone."

Ivan's Mom realized that she hadn't introduced herself. Even though Scarlet already knew who she was, she still deemed it an offense on her part that she had forgotten to introduce herself. "You don't need to call me Mrs. Grey!" She said, amused. "Please, call me Hellen. Nice to meet you. I'm here to help with the wedding."
Scarlet nodded, and taking the woman's hands, led her to the empty couch across from where the men were. [color=33ff99]"Nice to meet you, Hellen. But, most of the things that need to be done are already done. But thank you..."[/color]
Hellen grinned. "I'm glad you're so responsible. It took two months for me and Gary to get ready for our wedding."

Scarlet thought it slightly amusing that Ivan's dad's first and last name was almost the same spelling, but didn't say anything. She took her comment as a compliment and beamed.
