Scarlet nodded. She finished the food in he rmouth and grinned. "I'm gonna love getting used to this food." She took a drink of her milk.

Ivan smiled. "Well, when it comes to experimental cooking, I've been doing pretty well. Hopefully there will be many more successful recipes before I finally hit a dead end." Ivan chuckled. "But speaking of things that will be a joy to get used to, I love the thought of getting used to seeing you first thing in the morning everyday." There was a twinkle in Ivan's eyes now; A spark of life that had been absent before. This sparkling sign of a youthful soul was born from the unfathomable joy Scarlet had brought him.

Scarlet blinked at his words. She had sucha a poetic husband. Right there she had to correct herself. He's not my husband yet. Not for another few hours.

Scarlet smiled at him. "Wait, why is it you get to see me first thing? but I wake up and see.....not you." She glared playfully. "I'm not sure I'd rather smell food first or see you first...."

Ivan made a face of fake remorse. "I'm so sorry I don't stay in the room until you wake up... But breakfast is good too, right? Tommorrow I'll wake you up if you want. Gently, of course." Ivan took a moment to compose a phrase. "In the hour when all is still, you may be awakened amidst the golden curtains of the sun's robe by the one who loves you the most." Ivan blinked. He would have to write a book.

Scarlet grinned in delight. "That was beautiful." She reached across the table and squeezed his hand before she resumed eating. "I'm going to make you give a speach at the wedding, okay?" She teased.

((I just realized, with her being deaf, she couldn't have been able to hear Ivan's mom on the phone. Lol. Oops.))

"I'm looking forward to it." Ivan answered, raising his thumb in a gesture of approval. His breakfast was almost gone by now, even though he spent a lot of time talking.

((No worries!))

((Are you making these poetic things up yourself or are you getting them from something?))

Scarlet hadn't thought he would actually agree, but she wasn't exactly surprised. She looked down at her plate and realized she had finished off the marvelous meal. Standing, she took the plate and almost empty glass of milk to the sink.

((My material is 100% me. No outside sources are used.))

Soon Ivan was finished with his meal too. After placing his dishes into the sink, he looked at the clock. There were still a few hours until noon. Inwardly he debated on the subject of whether to play guitar for the majority of that time or hang around with Scarlet. He knew, of course, that he would most likely spend that time with Scarlet.

((That's AWESOME! YOU should write a book. XDD))

Scarlet, as if sensing he was trying to make a decision over something, asked, "Could you play your guitar for me, Ivan?" She came and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Please?"

((Heh. This is the only place where I put my material into writing. I just don't have the patience to write a book... But Ivan does.))

Ivan sighed with fake irritation. "If you insist." He answered, grinning. Ivan wasn't really fond of singing; He was all about the music.
